It was the fact that they did what they said and advertise what they do' the help from start from the designer to the fitter made it all an easy process.

I couldn't find what I needed Bethany was great she knew what I was talking about and which aisle it was in

We went to collect some engineered wood flooring and were told it was end of line due for an uplift. Charlotte was so helpful, sourcing the remaining stock at the Banbury store and calling ahead to 2 other local stores to hold back their stock for us to collect to ensure we had enough packs for our project. She really went above & beyond and was so patient checking stock in other stores, thank you so much!

I used click and collect at the banbury store, it was easy and straight forward. I arrived at the store my order was ready and on a trolley. I was just thinking how I would manage the three heavy salt bags, when a cheerful staff member asked if I needed help to my car. Tony was really helpful polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this store. Thank you

Went into Wickes to look for a screw from a flat pack kit. Tilly was very helpful and I got what I required.

I visited the Banbury store before finalising my order for a new kitchen. Charlotte was very helpful and she helped me chosing the right item for my kitchen.

Order item on click and collect picked items (wall panels) were all damaged the staff were well aware of this and told us that all the ones they had available were damaged, for us a wasted trip of 50 miles, they could deliver at a cost of £4 but werent prepared to waive this. Available staff unhelpful, you could see why their car park was empty and the B&Q car park busy, they could take some hints from the gentleman on the bathroom counter in B&Q there who was very helpful and even helped with taking goods to car.

I’ve been shopping at Wickes for a few years now and I’ve never been served at the counter by such a lovely warming young lady called Bethany. Shes so helpful and very knowledgeable.
Makes coming into Wickes a pleasure

Was helped by a really nice young man called TONY. He fetched a trolley and lifted havy salt tablets onto it and into my car. Was very chatty and polite. Made my shopping experiece a pleasure

I was asked by Tilly if I could leave a review the other day as I’m forever buying little odds and ends from your store.

It’s a lovely team and a great store. It’s definitely gotten better as the years gone by with noticeable changes. I speak to the staff a lot and they always go above and beyond for me. I almost feel as if I’m part of their team too, sadly it doesn’t seem to get me any extra discount haha!

I bought a whole kitchen from Wickes Banbury and everything was spot on, good quality and very fair price. A miscommunication did lead to the delivery coming separately which delayed the fitting, which then delayed me discovering that the sink was smashed in the box. It was unfortunate as everything else was in good condition. As the delivery was delayed, the fitting was delayed the smashed sink was discovered more than 30 days after delivery so I was beyond my refund window. However after much discussion with the Banbury branch I was offered a voucher for the value of the sink. Charlotte was so helpful not only on the phone, but in store when initially buying the kitchen, and then organising me the voucher and painstakingly searching through the system after I had misplaced my paper receipt. Couldn’t fault her. 4/5 stars for the whole experience but 5/5 starts for Charlotte.

Staff are always attentive and make time to support with any DIY query. Always manage to find what a need at a price that works. Ideal location too. Much easier to get into this store versus other stores in Banbury.
