On entering the store was met by a colleague called Ike, fantastic help, friendly and a joy to lighten up my visit.

Went in with my son for some emulsion ended up seeing a great deal on flooring.Spoken with Jacob who priced what I needed and loaded a trolley to the checkout for us and loaded my car after with the 16boxes of wood. Brilliant service and a real credit to your store.

Was greeted good morning by IKE. Was really friendly and polite and helpful. Helped me find things on different departments. Nice to see someone smiling and cheerful and to go above and beyond to be really helpful.

Well priced decent enough variety for most jobs, good customer services. Today I was served by Ike at Wythenshawe who was very helpful and polite.

Great experience from start to finish picking paints and getting them mixed, fast service with efficiency, Ike at the till was really helpful and provided great customer service, as was the person who mixed the paint for us! Definitely will be back again! Thankyou

I had a faulty light to return and Ike was patient and courteous in handling my refund.

Went to wickes today for compost and was greeted by your employer with a great big smile,helpful ,He helped lifting the compost in to my car boot.
This employer was a ray of sunshine called ( IKE ) what a pleasure to find a guy who takes a pleasure in his work

I was served by Ike this afternoon and what a polite welcoming young man ! All staff should be trained by him in customer service !!!

They always have what I want the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable I’ve been in every day this week and Ike has served me on the till at least 3 times he is extremely professional friendly and he recognises me because I have bright hair we engage in conversation but he is super efficient a fabulous member of staff but I have never had a bad experience with any of your staff they are all brilliant especially your duty managers

Bought some products from Wickes Baguley. We were served by a very pleasant young man named Ike. He was very chatty, funny and welcoming. Pity they can't all be like Ike. A breathe of fresh air to be served by someone with manners in this day and age.

I came in store with an idea to cover some pipes in my home. Keeley helped me find what I needed, she explained what I needed to do, found me the tools I needed to go with it and then gave me a confidence boost telling me that I could do this job!
I'll be forever grateful, i did indeed manage to do the job, and it looks great!
Keeley, you are an asset to wickes, and I hope to see you next time I'm attempting DIY and pop in to the store.

The young man that served me called Ike in Baguley was the most pleasant, courteous ,helpful assistant I have ever come across in all my 80 years! he could not be more helpful or polite. he needs commending for his positivity and he made my day!
