Great cheerful helpful staff esp IKE ,compliments on my wood balancing skill lol....

We chose Wickes Baguley for our new bathroom since we wanted a name we knew for what was to us a big, expensive job. In the store, Mirza chatted about our choices, did the home survey and was friendly and helpful. He assigned Azua Tiling and Renovations to do the job. They arrived on time for the detailed survey, listened to what we wanted, suggested things we hadn’t thought of and helped us decide the final design. When the job began they consistently arrived on time, kept in touch, and did the most fantastic work. Attention to detail, cleanliness, hard working and all in all a pleasure to have do the job. We really felt they wanted us to be happy with their work and our choices. They organised the skip bag (great idea), electrician, the plasterer. All we had to do was supply our chosen paint colour and little additional fixtures we’d sourced ourselves. The main Wickes delivery arrived as scheduled and was cheerfully put in the garage. We had a few calls from the Wickes customer service department during the work checking everything was going ok - including on day one - and to let them know or ask them about anything. A Wickes site manager also came on day one. They also rang a few days after completion to check we were happy and to send the guarantees.

What could have been a stressful time was anything but. We highly recommend Wickes Baguley, Mirza and Azua Renovations. They exceeded our expectations. 5 stars all round.

Keeley was very polite and helpful. She couldn’t do enough for me and was very knowledgable. Thanks to her I’ll be returning whenever I’m in need of some more supplies!

Wickes Baguley. The lady on the checkout was so miserable. No manners whatsoever. No name badge. I'd probably have better service using a self checkout.

Went into wickes for a new bathroom, Mirza was most helpful but the praise definately goes to our installer Greg, who suggested a different position for the sink which has worked out brilliantly. GREG worked so hard every day, very thorough and tidy as could be, he was exceptional. Needless to say I love my new bathroom. Would highly recommend wickes

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mirza from the Baguley store, who designed my new kitchen and provided invaluable support throughout the entire process. Even though I ultimately only purchased the kitchen from him and opted for a separate fitting service, he was there every step of the way, ensuring everything went smoothly.

I called into Wicks Baguley with a view to buy a new bathroom . I spoke to Tony Broadbent. He was extremely helpful.He arranged to call the same day to survey the bathroom .Within two days he had sent some plans through for us to look at before the meeting He was very informative and helpful. We arraigned to pop in for a design appointment.
Tony was completely honest about costings. We chose our bathroom and paid for it. He totally explained the terms and conditions and gave us lots of advice.
He was really helpful when we were deciding what to buy. we chose the bathroom , it was all very straight forward.
I did have a slight problem with the fitter they recommended . I contacted Tony and he sorted it for us
At no point did we feel pressured .

Came into store and was served and helped to measure up by Keeley. She really did go out of her way to help me. Lovely experience.

I can’t give enough praise to Hayley who helped us with our kitchen order. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond what I would expect to help us in anyway she could. Considering we didn’t order the most expensive kitchen the service she provided was exceptional. Thank again for all your help Hayley

Tony Broadbent was extremely helpful with our kitchen and bathroom design. He took the time to sit with us and explain our options and also got everything back to us in a quick timeframe.

Visited Wickes Baguley today, and Keeley one of the store assistants was fantastic.

I visited Wickes Baguley store several weeks ago to look for a new Kitchen. A good selection was on show and with the Help of Mirza Mughal we arrived at an amazing design. I had taken all the measurements in with me and Mirza set to to design the layout. I hadn't decided which particular product range to go for, but no problem have a think about it and pop back in and we'll go from there. I eventually settled on the "Tiverton range" in Bone colour. Mirza produced a comprehensive shopping list and went through everything with me. even a "site" visit to ensure that everything would be in order. I did make one little change but this was purely personal preference.
I used my own fitter to complete the works, someone I had known of. the works was finished just over a week ago, I have watched the fitting from Mirzas' design to Paul Rae's' perfect fitting out. it has been an absolutely brilliant experience and a joy each time I go into the kitchen. To Mirza and Paul Thank you Gentlemen a top class job from both of you.

Keely from the Baguley store is possibly the best customer service staff member Ive come across in years. I went into the store 2 wweeks after a major operation and asked her for a trolley. She carried my stuff to the tills whilst I browsed and helped me look for the items I needed. She then helped me to my car. Absolute asset to the company.

We had great service from Tony Broadbent at Wickes Baguley. Tony planned and designed our new kitchen to include all our requirements. We were kept informed at each stage from the first visit in store to now looking forward to installation of our new kitchen.

The initial design process with Tony Broadbent was detailed and informative. We were made aware of all the costs and how the process would be undertaken.
There were several follow-up meetings in Wickes Baguley to amend product choices and we were very happy with the whole process. Given our level of investment in the bathroom we hoped for high quality service from Wickes and that is what we got all the way through to final installation

We ordered our new bathroom with Tony Broadbent at Wickes Baguley. From the home visit to completing the order in store the service has been first class. Everything has been explained really well and we're looking forward to the Installation. Would highly recommend the service

I was served by Sam Carter.
She was very caring understanding and reached out to collect paint pot for me and helped to put it in the car without any hesitation.
When I explained due health reason i am limited to carry a paint tin.
I wish her all the sucess and thank you once again Sam.
