Wickes - Anerley Recensioni 

I bought some plaster & a single 4x8 plasterboard. It was a dry day not paticularly windy but after paying for the goods & pushing the trolley to my car a gusto of wind blew the plasterboard & snapped it 😳. I put the plaster in the car & took the board back to see if i would get an exchange. I didn't fancy my chances but after explaining to Harison at Anerly what happened, with no hesitation & to my surprise he said it was fine to swap it, which i did cut it made sure to cut it to the length I wanted in the shop. I'd like to thank Harrison & all the Anerly team, as they are all great & very helpful. That's why I like going there more than the other DIY shops.

So I went into Wickes today and got served by Anna & Ahim . I’m old school and I like to be served properly these guys came up with the goods. Great service the old fashioned way.

I had the pleasure of visiting Wickes Anerley today and was served by a member of staff named Josh. From the moment I approached him, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. His approach to customer service was exceptional he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with patience and a genuine smile.

It’s rare these days to receive such attentive and personable service, and Josh truly made my visit stand out. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. He’s a real credit to the team at Wickes Anerley, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Katrina Harris, my Wickes kitchen designer, was a joy to work with. I had no real idea of how I wanted my kitchen to be, but with expert and patient advice she guided me through the whole process and made it very straightforward. I now have a beautiful installed, high quality kitchen, at a great price, and I couldn't be happier. The installers were wonderful, too. I came to Wickes on recommendation from a friend and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Had to buy a couple of internal doors, staff where very helpful in finding bits that I needed, and Abbie on the till was friendly and courteous.

The store had exactly what I needed and Abbie was very pleasant and helpful.

I went to wickes on Saturday 10th May in the morning with my husband to buy tiles. I needed help and approached store assistant Courtney. He was fantastic he helped me select the right tiles and check other products and went up to the showroom multiple times with me.He helped me complete the purchase and load 18 boxes of tiles from shop floor to my car. His smile, mannerism and willingness to help made my experience seamless and stress free. I dread going to DIY stores as its hard to find staff to help but this time it was a great experience. Thank you Courtney.

Anna and Dan were absolutely brilliant when we visited this morning. They went over and above to help us get the tiles that we needed and we are hugely grateful. It’s lovely to see that kindness and customer service still exists, thank you to the whole team at Wickes Anerley

All very friendly and helpful staff I go in there frequently and there is never any problems always there to help me

I must name one person who went beyond the normal level to provided excellent service. Kay served me and despite my dithering with my finances she made an extra effort to help. The goods were purchased and the delivery organised with efficient professionalism and courtesy

Sree has been great at helping me design my new kitchen, very knowledgeable about the product range and flexible at making several adjustments to the design when it was needed! Super helpful and patient, and explained everything very well also.

Service was amazing! Kay was warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the entire product range in the shop.. she made my experience a pleasure absolutely second to none customer service here I would recommend.

The designer Sree was very helpful and nice person to work with. So happy to work and create my kitchen design with her. hughly recommend wixjes for theri deaign service

I had my visit design consultation with Sree at Anerley. she was excellent in every way. Very good advice to what I wanted. She was very pleasant and patient.

We were lucky enough to have Momodou Ceesay-Njai help us design a kitchen. He was friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. His ideas gave us more space than we had imagined. Could not recommend more highly.

I think the best thing about Mo is that he is customer-focused and doesn't try to sell you what you don't want or need, there is nothing worse than a pushy sales person! Mo has a lot of product knowledge and was able to come up with a practical and good looking design which made our kitchen upgrade much less stressful than it might have been. Shame I wasted so much time getting other quotes before realising there was a branch of Wickes in Anerley .....
