Do not use this company for fitting

Terrible company to get in for a kitchen.
Horrendous delivery missing things, sending wrong items. Terrible installation to the point nearly 12 months later in trying my best to get them to rectify all the problems. Customer service is next to none existent. Over 10 month of back and forth emailing and still no one to come out and rectify the issues to the point I'm contacting citizens advice and trading standards. Wendy koomson, loni chick, terrible at customer service.

A huge thank you to Mark and JJS Plumbing Services

A huge thank you to Mark, who designed my brand new bathroom. Working with him was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, he completely understood my vision. We clearly shared a very similar taste, which made the whole process feel effortless, and he was able to take all of my ideas and turn them into a design that exceeded my expectations. The way he maximised the space is incredible. Every detail feels considered, practical, and beautifully put together.

Mark is not only extremely talented but also genuinely lovely to work with. He made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. His passion and dedication to his work really stand out, and his work ethic is something to be admired. What I appreciated most was how he balanced creativity with practicality and he guided me towards the best possible outcome while always keeping my budget in mind. It was clear he was focused on achieving the best value for money, without ever compromising on quality or style.

JJS Plumbing Services then brought the design to life, and I truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They were both hardworking, friendly, and completely professional throughout. Their communication was excellent, they were always on time, and they took great pride in everything they did. Despite the scale of the project, they kept everything spotless and organised, which made such a difference. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding, and the finished result speaks for itself.

A big thank you as well to the electrician and plasterer involved, both did an incredible job and were just as professional, skilled, and meticulous. It’s clear this whole team works to an exceptionally high standard.

I’m absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. Thank you all so much!

Wickes Aintree - Kind Donation

New Kitchen Cupboard Doors

After unsuccessfully dealing with the kitchen department at B&Q, Speke (where all purchased items were returned), we went to Wickes in Aintree. We had a meeting with Mark who went through in detail what we required. When the items were delivered, a kitchen drawer front had a crack in it. On Mark's guidance, I contacted customer service who were excellent. I had a new drawer front within 2 days. We had also bought new doors for an existing corner cupboard. The new doors and post supplied were too small as the specification had changed so I again contacted Mark. Mark and his colleague Yousef were excellent. They went above and beyond what I expected of a customer service team. Mark even delivered a new part (in his own time) to my house to solve the issue. I can't rate Mark, Yousef and the customer service team at Wickes Aintree high enough.

Just been to buy flooring from the Aintree store. One of the members of staff Elliot saw us struggling with the floor, came over and helped us load it on the trolley. He then helped us put all the flooring into the car which was such a big help.

Hi I was texting with customer services…

Hi I was texting with customer services yesterday I had very Small order arriving tomorrow and another small order day after both getting delivered from same place[yard], I asked saving on fuel Why couldn`t they send at same time ,Adam`s reply different order numbers. 25miles return each day ,when customer services could phoned store and asked to send together or is that too hard, saving on all that fuel and drivers time, Then even asked if they could help with anything else LOL when could not even sort that, and that`s not the first time I`ve asked. I have a Lot of items from yourselves, why can you not add to orders like other places thanks Nigel

Owen Made Our Dream Kitchen a Reality!

We had a fantastic experience working with Owen while choosing our new kitchen. From start to finish, he showed genuine care and attention, really taking the time to understand what we wanted and needed. Nothing ever felt rushed—he was incredibly patient throughout the whole journey, answering all of our questions and guiding us through every detail.

His knowledge and calm approach made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. It was clear he truly cared about getting everything just right for us, and that meant a lot.

We’re so grateful for all the time and effort Owen put in, and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you again Owen- you are a gem!!

Kaz at Wickes Aintree

Fantastic staff member at Wickes in Aintree. Kaz went above and beyond. She helped us find the product we wanted, calculated the measurements and even helped us load the car with wooden flooring and ceramic tiles.
Can't praise her enough. Excellent customer service.

The process was made simple by Mark Hewitt, from the initial survey through to the design meeting where we established the best use of space. The install went really smoothly. Paul Dexter was excellent. Tidy, professional and thorough. Bringing Mark's design to life.

Sought the assistance of Mikey who took the time to look online for the item I was looking for and took me directly to the location thus I was able to make my purchase within minutes of entering the store.

Highly recommend

We’ve had our kitchen designed by Wickes.

Every detail has been well thought out to suit our size, budget and needs. No questions were too much and always made the dog feel welcome to design appointments.

No pushing on the sale as Yousef knows we’re waiting to remortgage to figure our finances.

Will say it again, the attention to detail has impressed us so much.

Great customer service by Alison.

My daughter and I went into Wickes in Aintree on the 28/02/26 to choose and purchase some vinyl flooring. I asked an assistant, called Alison, about opening a trade account, which she was extremely helpful about. Alison also advised us on the best underlay for our requirements and organised our delivery date to suit us. She was unfailingly pleasant, helpful, professional and knowledgeable . Alison made the whole experience a fuss-free and pleasant one. She is a real credit to the store.

New kitchen with Mark Hewitt.

Worked with Mark Hewitt on a new kitchen. He took my measurements and requirements and absolutely nailed it. His experience shone through and the process was quick and painless. I had one small quirk that didn't come across to do with a stacked washing machine / dryer. When I revisited Wickes to speak to Mark about this he understood the problem and came up with a workable solution very quickly. He very obviously knows his onions. He's also generally a nice guy, which helps a lot for customers and Wickes alike.

Worst kitchen supplier just use Wren

My kitchen fitter ordered the Kitchen which was advertised as delivery 3-8 days, some items are delivered and were left without a kitchen waiting.

Suddenly find out it's now 14 working day delivery, speak to the store and they discuss the order in full details, speak to the web team and they discuss the order in full details.

When I cannot the help line they inform me because I didn't place the order for gdpr they cannot discuss it, that's funny because both your store and web team disclose information.

My kitchen fitter has asked me to deal with it as he doesn't fluently speak English and struggles to explain.

Customer service has been shocking and delayed my kitchen which can now take 6 weeks to complete due to Wickes advertising the wrong delivery date which is a breach of the consumer act and unfair trading act.

Stay away from this company for kitchens they're poor in every asoect.

very poor service!

I am writing this review about the very poor service my husband and I received during our recent consultation at your Liverpool branch.
We had an appointment booked with Beryl to discuss the design of a new bathroom. Upon arrival, we waited approximately 15 minutes as she was running late. This was not an issue for us, and we appreciated the courtesy shown by other staff members who offered us refreshments while we waited.
During the consultation, we provided the length and width measurements of our bathroom, along with a small sketch. We were then told that these measurements were not sufficient and that we would need to return home to measure individual items such as the bath and window. We were not made aware in advance that such detailed measurements would be required. Our expectation was to view some design ideas initially, followed by a professional site visit to take final measurements and provide an accurate quotation.
Instead, without showing us any designs or discussing our requirements in detail, we were informed that the bathroom would cost “eight or nine thousand pounds.” This figure was given without any explanation or options, and the interaction left us feeling as though we were being discouraged from proceeding. The overall manner of the consultation made us feel that our custom was not valued and that there was little interest in assisting us.
As a result, we left the appointment feeling extremely disappointed. My husband works away frequently, and we had been very much looking forward to finally planning our new bathroom together.
Following this experience, we contacted another company who were able to accommodate us immediately. Using the same basic measurements, they discussed our ideas, offered suggestions, asked relevant questions about the layout, and booked a visit to take full measurements — which is the level of service we had expected from the outset.
We felt it was important to raise this matter, as the service we received fell well below acceptable standards and resulted in us taking our business elsewhere.

My kitchen planner Owen Aindow was so…

My kitchen planner Owen Aindow was so great he guided and supported us throughout the whole process, which started in August 2025, kitchen and appliances were fitted in November 2025.
Owen is lovely, patience and helpful he made the whole experience easy and stress free. He answered any queries straight away and can’t thank him enough for his help.
Love my kitchen now ♥️
