You know your sale is in a safe pair of hands as soon as you meet James. He's been in the job for so long, he's seen many market fluctuations come and go. So when he gives advice on when to sell, you can trust it. His colleague Nicoletta then went over and above with the viewings, taking time to show potential buyers the immediate area, plus she didn't rush them with just a 15 min time slot. My house sale didn't even go onto Rightmove as their database is full of genuine potential buyers. I would highly recommend the team for selling your property in W4.

Honestly one of the worst experiences of my 25 years living in London. I rented out my property with Whitman prior to making the decision to sell. Loyalty does not pay. Poor communication, totally lacking in coordination with others in the firm and a better relationship with the buyer than with me the client. They allowed the buyer into my flat without my knowledge or consent on a number of occasions and I eventually accepted an offer at a price I could have achieved 6 months previous to the sale.... and all the while telling me I was the lucky one.
Whitman recommended solicitors that I am quite sure had never done a conveyancing: it was disorganised, unstructured, confusing and poor managed. The lawyers communicated and shared documents with Whitman neither thinking I should see or be involved in what I was paying for?? Conveyancing took 5 painful months. Whitman got their money that is all they wanted - I feel I paid too much for their inability to do their jobs well. With all the estate agents in Chiswick... my advice is use a different one. Truly awful.
