Unprofessional and Incompetent
I received unprofessional and bad services from Wheelbase Garage through Fixter. I sent my car for MOT in Feb 2026 the car at and EML light on and the garage suggested additional work for Spring coil replacement. After 6 days in garage my car was returned on 28th Feb, they Fixter and the Garage charged my £2561, but my car was returned with EML light still showing. The Garage picked up my car again to fix it on 16th March, returned my car on 18th March 7.30pm. Next day when i switched on the car it showed new ESC and pre-sense faults in my dashboard. So, they returned the car in a state which was unsafe for driving. When i contacted them to report, they asked me to contact again after lunch showing no urgency to fix the issues. Overall their approach was unprofessional and they did not fix the issue even after charging and created new issues in my car. I am now in process of launching official complaint with Motor Ombudsman. I'll strongly recommend against using their services.
