Pre-move day comms were excellent. On the day Dan and Billy did an absolutely fantastic job shifting our stuff up 3 floors…we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received!

The team were brilliant - organised, respectful, friendly, inventive and successful when faced with access challenges, engaging, determined to make the most of the time booked. Highly recommended.

A great team and very good experience.
It was so good for our sanity that we had the removers pack everything themselves. The movers were very professional and everything went well. We have no hesitation in recommending WH Cox & Sons.

The removal crew were amazing
The removal crew were amazing. They worked incredibly hard and didn’t stop all day until the removal was over. They were rather humorous as well, which made a stressful day that much better. I was very impressed with their professionalism, the care they took with my belongings and their efficiency. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Great team effort, with excellent management by Pete. Really appreciated everyone's hard work in getting us out and into our new home so quickly. Really polite, committed, and kept me up to date with what they were doing and when. The team seem to get on really well together which also helped! Thanks very much.

Dear Mr Barrand,
Happy to hear you received a great service and thank you for the kind words.
act of kindness
Today I was taken back when I was shopping in Argos. I see and old lady with a big boxed item, I see two young lads from your company go and offer help to carry her item to her car, in which they did. You don’t see this much anymore so it was lovely to see. I would highly reccommed your company to anyone who asks.

What a fantastic service.
We have again today, used this company, and from when we used them a few years ago, they are a completely different company to what they were, and employ a much younger group of men.
We can only praise the team that we had today, and our packer Shaun who came yesterday. What a fantastic service they offer, nothing seems to much trouble, and they want to please you as a customer.
They go beyond what is expected of them, and would have no hesitation at all, at recommending them them.
Thank you for such fantastic service today.

The men were fantastic in the very hot weather, nothing was too much trouble. The only improvement was that they should have brought a bigger second lorry rather than having to repack because they were tight for space
