I bought the Weyron Monarch chair about 5 years ago and it's truly valued and used by the whole family. It's become a regular session almost daily as it helps distress and revitalise the tired body.
Would definitely recommend buying.
Having said that my chair recently has developed a fault where it keeps switching on and off during sessions. I need to get the Ci.pany to get someone round to diagnose the issue.

We bought a massage chair from Weyron about four years ago, and have been very happy with it ever since. Recently we called them to come out and service the chair, and they got us booked in very quickly and with no fuss at all. The team that attended were punctual, polite and very professional. We have had great experiences with this company, and would happily buy from them again.

Recently purchased a chair following the visit to the showroom in Milton Keynes. The gentleman who went through all chairs was so knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Originally our delivery date was 2 weeks from date of purchase for the chair we wanted, however due to our family personal situation I asked if the company could deliver it earlier. Within 2 hours I received a text to confirm delivery in 4 days. This service was outstanding and I was so grateful. The gentlemen that delivered the chair were so friendly and kindly spent time with me and my husband going through the functions of the chair. My recent experience was been outstanding and I would highly recommend Weyron. The chair itself is absolutely amazing. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

We had a 2nd enjoyable shopping experience in the Hammersmith Weryon store this weekend. Well, I’m lost for words, I’ve been an UK registered osteopath for 22+ years and treating mostly back pain in its various pathology. Other than red flag pain (severe pathology, CES, Serious disc issues, cancer etc…) I’ve mostly treated and managed mechanical and inflammatory back pain with mostly successful outcomes

In that time I’ve never had personal treatment for any back issues from any osteopath or any therapist myself although I do get regular stiffness and general aches and pains after exercise mostly and likely to be age related

But since yesterday, it’s almost a miracle that after 3 separate sessions (day of chair arrival and installation) and 2 today (20 min sessions and mostly trialling each one) my back feels totally like a 20 year old and not 60 year old !!! Amazing feeling. I do feel like things are meant to happen for reason in life and after reasonably extensive research into massage chairs, the company and reviews on WEYRON, I decide this is the road to go down. Daniel was very courteous, polite and helpful and most of all not overly pushy or pressurising us to buy. This would have been very off putting. It all stacked up for us, once we knew this was the one, great chair, price, customer service, the next was the delivery and installation. That wasn’t disappointing either, when the delivery guys arrived when they said they would, they were equally polite, respectful and got on with the installation which took no more than 20 mins, a brief demo which was pretty straight forward and off they went. The whole buying process from start to finish was just amazing and can’t recommend WEYRON enough

I previously wrote and submitted a review relating to Weyron massage chairs and the excellent service we received from Daniel at their Milton Keynes showroom, following acquiring the chair some months ago.

Except to say that my first impressions of the Master Supreme massage chair were favourable, it was too early to submit any meaningful review relating to the chair itself.

However, my wife and I have now had the opportunity, over the last three months, to fully acquaint ourselves with the chair and are happy and able to submit a meaningful review.

Although not cheap, even after the generous discount offered by Daniel, we are delighted to say that the investment was worth every penny! The chair is undoubtedly manufactured to the highest of standards, not only relative to the finish and general appearance, but also, and more importantly, in relation to the considerable range and quality of the massages it offers. There are 20+ pre-set massages of various types and many other personalised settings available.

I asked a relative of mine, who is a professional masseuse, to test the chair and give me her honest opinion. She rated it highly and stated that, overall, it delivered a standard of massage equal to a hand massage and, any many ways, better, as several areas of the body are being massaged simultaneously!

There is one noticeable problem initially, relative to using the chair, caused by its design, and that is the difficulty experienced getting in and out of it! However, in fairness, with a little perseverance and trial and error this can soon be overcome and it would be true to say that this design feature is partly what results in such an excellent, comprehensive massage experience.

As a result of all of this, we feel that we are able to recommend the chair highly and believe it is excellent value for money.

I recently purchased the Grand Presidential Weyron massage chair from London Showroom, and I have to say, it has completely exceeded my expectations! After trying numerous massage chairs in the past, I can confidently say that Weyron massage chairs stands out as the best. The range of massage options is incredible, providing a truly personalized experience that targets all my tension areas perfectly.

Not only is the chair itself top-notch, but the customer service from Weyron has been exceptional as well. They were incredibly helpful throughout the purchasing process, answering all my questions and ensuring I was completely satisfied with my choice.

I recently purchased the WEYRON Master-Supreme 6D A.i massage chair, and have been living with it for a couple of months now, and I honestly couldn't be happier. I actually took a bit of a risk in that I didn't visit a showroom or see it before it arrived, purely going by what I'd seen online, and more importantly the superb advice from Daniel the sales rep. I have a condition that causes me a lot of pain in my back and elsewhere, which I discussed with Daniel on the phone, who advised the Master Supreme was the best choice...and he was absolutely right. Daniel was courteous, understanding, knowledgeable, and ensured I got the right product and a smooth delivery. This is now a daily part of my wellbeing, and I'm not sure what I'd do without it! The only problem is that I have to fight off my wife and daughter who also love using it! A premium product, premium service, and a company who were a joy to purchase from. Good and professional services

Excellent showroom, Daniel was very helpful, brought the family who all tried out the chairs, daughter was so relaxed she fell asleep. We settled on the cocoon.

We visited Daniel at Weyron for the second time in 5 years to upgrade our King Royal chair to a WEYRON Grand-Royal. As with the previous visit, Daniel was totally dedicated and professionally knowledgeable in demonstrating all aspects of our intended purchase. For my wife and I, there is only one place in England to buy a massage chair and that is WEYRON. Fantastic service from the staff. I’ve had my chair over 8 years & never missed a beat , until recently but after a quick chat with the team to determine the fault. a new wire was sent out FOC within days & my chair is as good as new.

Weyron Grand Royal 5d Massage Chair
Purchased this massage chair after an appt at the showroom in Milton Keynes. Daniel was so, so helpful and did not pressurise us at all, he was a fabulous salesman! We were there for almost an hour and he got us to try various chairs and programmes. He really knows his stuff!

The chair arrived 6 days later and was delivered to the room upstairs. We had a specific time to expect delivery and it all went so smoothly.

As for the chair, it is truly amazing. Still learning how to use it but very happy so far. I contacted Daniel yesterday to ask him to remind me how to get to a specific programme and he recorded a video and sent to me today (Sunday). I cannot say how pleased I am with Daniel’s level of service and with communication from him and Weyron about delivery. We totally love the chair and if you enjoy massages, I would not hesitate to recommend this chair. The technology is amazing and I love that it is suitable for me Whois only 5ft tall and my hubbby who is 6ft 3in. Thank you to all ! 😃

I have had my Weyron family massage chair since 2016 and I along with my wife have used it a few times a week for the last 8 years (except holidays) and it has been the best purchase we have ever made and works the same today as the first experience. It gives the most amazing full body massage including the soles of the feet which I love. There are set programmes for different types of massage and you can also set it yourself to concentrate on specific areas of the body (back, legs, arms, feet) It has a vibration and heat mode and you can set the timer for anything between a few minutes to twenty.
I highly recommend anyone who is considering purchasing a massage chair to look at the models Weyron sell. Not only do they sell them at a good price, the customer service and aftercare is second to none. It is a company which is trustworthy and honest which really values its customers. I recently was in touch with Oana as I wanted to let them know that the chair is still amazing, so relaxing and that I was so pleased with it hence the reason for posting the review today as I want others to know about Weyron and experience the benefits their massage chairs provide as health and well-being is so important in the fast moving lives we lead today so if you are considering getting a chair, go for it as you will not regret it.

In November, I bought the Grand Royal 2023 Chair and had it installed by Daniel's team. They were very careful during the installation and even sent me a replacement clip (at no cost), which I accidentally broke six months later. The showroom is recommended to try out the different Milton Keynes chairs before making a purchase. I highly recommend WYRON sales and their after-care.

We are delighted with our new WEYRON Master-Supreme 6D AI Japan Massage Chair. Daniel, in customer service, is accommodating and sensitive to people's needs. As a medical doctor with several chronic conditions, I wanted a complete system to deal with chronic pain and muscle stiffness. This chair fits the bill perfectly! It has over 15 massage programs, each customized for depth and speed. The airbag system alone can be activated, giving an enjoyable feeling. Heating can also be on or off. Although the chair is rather pricey, it costs as much as regular weekly human massages or physical therapy sessions over a year, and instead of once a week, sessions can be taken daily. It is a robust, sturdy, and beautiful chair with a rather space-age look. Although powerful, the massage intensity can be completely regulated and operates quietly. I recommend this firm and its full line of chairs without reservation to anyone with chronic neck, back, or leg pain. The showroom can be visited in Milton Keynes and Coventry to experience the chair before you buy, or they will deliver a chair for you to try once you have discussed the type of chair that suits you with Daniel. You can try it in your home, and if you purchase it, it stays, but if you decide it's not for you, the delivery personnel will return it with no financial obligation.
