Just had a heating system installed in my house by West Yorkshire Gas Solutions. Excellent, professional instalation by two fitters who could not have been more helpful. My furniture was put back in place and house was left clean and tidy each day and their tools were stacked neatly out of sight in a cupboard. Highly recommended and … thank you.
From the people who answered the phone through to the trades people who carried out the work, I could not have asked for a more delightful, helpful and caring set of people. I do however have to give an extra word of thanks to the two Electricians Lucan and Regan they went far beyond what was expected to see we had all the information required, even checking as they left to see if any further help was required. I thank all involved.
I would like to comment on the quality of the heating and plumbing services. However I tried 3 times to get a call back without success.
Initially on the website...nothing
Second time I spoke to a receptionist and was promised a call back. Nothing.
Third time left a message on the answerphone.
They must be great to be so busy they can’t return calls....tbh poor customer service
great service from wygs .came on time and solved my issue with my boiler .I felt they charged a fair price .
Lee the fitter was very helpful .
Couldn't find a fault with the service. The two blokes that came to my home to fit a new boiler were polite and very clean and tidy. Everything was as they found it. Fantastic 10/10
