The garage fitters left screws and nails on the drive. Their staff repeatedly fail to answer calls or respond to emails. When we requested speaking to the owner, we were promised a call back yet they decided to report an unpaid payment (that we have a receipt to say we have actually paid) to HM Courts instead of actually speaking to us about the poor installation of the garage. We are now left with a damaged garage - a piece dropped off onto my car and the owner appears to be refusing speak to us about it. This experience seems similar to others on here. Today, we (again) were promised a call back from the owner, yet it is now 7pm …

Great, impressive service from start to finish, after initial enquiry a visit was arranged which took place on the day and at the time given, door accurately measured and options and style of door discussed, price given with no pressure to 'sign up' immediately.
Once order placed good communication with head office door fitted on day and at time given, old door very cleanly removed and new one fitted, we are very pleased with the finish of the door and also the standard of work, any rubbish cleaned up, advice on operation and maintenance given, Cannot fault the company, product or fitters - excellent

Great friendly customer service from the start. Lynn who managed my order was really friendly and informative. Tony came to quote and then did the fitting along with a colleague. We had a new garage door fitted and replacement fascia’s. The fascia’s were difficult to fit due to how the existing ones had been done. Tony went above and beyond to ensure that he got the best result. Thank you.

Rung them for a quote told them measurement they came out to measure up went through different styles and colours.Once I was happy with the quote paid my deposit 3 weeks later fitted the fitters were very professional and did not leave until we were satisfied

Polite and efficient

Work done on the agreed date, and full details given about operation. The job could not be completed in one day owing to poor weather, but the fitter returned as soon as it was possible to complete the installation (about two weeks later). The location has a problem with sloping in two directions, but every effort was made to ensure the seal is as watertight as possible.

Great service, really helpful, came when they said they would, cannot fault them. We had an issue with our garage door and they came straight away to check and fixed the problem as quickly as they could.

After getting loads of astronomical quotes from various roofers I came across the West Yorkshire Garage Door Team purely by accident. I didn’t realise they did roofs as well as doors! Tony came out and gave me a sensible quote for removing the old felt roof and replacing with something far more serviceable and effective. Initially the date for the work was quite a few weeks away and I was concerned about the possibility of rain affecting the electrics in the leaking garage. I contacted the team with my concerns and they kindly brought the date forward. On the day they turned up promptly and cracked on. They removed the old 9 metre roof and replaced it with a lovely grey Foregale metal roof system. The guys were hardworking and friendly and the job was done in half a day and they took away all the rubbish when they left. The rain started in earnest the following day - it’s not stopped since - what a relief to get the job done in time - I can highly recommend Tony and the Team. Thanks guys!

The Garage Door was fitted well and the lads carrying out the work were proffesional and hard working. The door is a big improvement over the original which was well past it's best. Recommended.

Our old up and over door was constantly breaking so we contacted WYGD to see what options we had.
Contact was easy and direct.
When we made it clear we needed access to the garage and its workshop urgently they moved us forward and came out to advise.
No hard sell, I was interested in an electric roller door, but after discussing options we went with the cheaper like for like replacement.
Again, as a matter of urgency they moved us forward and their team came out in an acceptable time.

The two young men who fitted our new door were polite, courteous and professional. Great ambassadors for the company.
Their work was very well done and they left the area clean and tidy.
Our old door and framework was taken away too.
Our new door is now a pleasure to use and in keeping with our neighbours which adjoins ours.

Prompt response from office when requesting quote, order update and arranging fitting date.
Clean & tidy workmanship. Arrived on time and completed job within timescale advised.
New garage doors look great - just the job, as we are in and out of the garage most days and there is no internal access door from the house.
Only downside was having to pay 50% deposit up front in middle of May - 25% or 30% would be more reasonable.

My brother recommended West Yorkshire Garage Doors after having a new garage door fitted & was very pleased with the work they did. Tony was very knowledgeable & explained all the different options available he also came up with a solution to a couple of problems one being our drive was not level as we wanted to have side hinged doors fitted.
