Our garage door required repair as a cable had snapped and the lock needed replacing. One contractor quoted £1250+vat for a new door, stating the existing door was beyond repair. West Yorkshire garage Doors asked for some photos of the damage and then quoted a very reasonable price to replace the broken cable and the lock. They were always very courteous in conversation, turned up to make the repair when they said they would and did an excellent job, including servicing the door as part of the repair.
I thoroughly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service from the whole team at West Yorkshire Garage Doors. Our two new up and over doors and motors were delivered on schedule and professionally fitted. They look good and and work beautifully. The fitters left our garage clean and tidy and took away the old doors and motor equipment. Very happy to recommend.

From start to finish the service was impeccable,

Firstly my enquiry was handle spot on, then the engineer came out to explain everything about the roller doors, the quality of the materials used in manufacturing the door, aesthetic looks, genuine guy with all the knowledge not just a salesman.

We ordered the door and within a few week it was made and installed by 2 great lads and they went through the whole in and out of the door and left us with 2 key fobs/remote control to operate the door….
All in all a great company definitely recommend them.

Ian came out at 19.00 on the day our garage door broke and made it so we could get in on an emergency basis. New door ordered and fitted efficiently by friendly staff.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. When I telephoned to arrange a repair to an up/over garage door (new cables & cones) Lynn was apologetic for the 3 week lead time due to high demand for their services. Appointment was duly made together with a price for repair. On the day of appointment, 2 guys arrived promptly, carried out the repair to my complete satisfaction, gave advice as to the overall condition of the ageing door and mechanism, and provided an invoice at the stated price for online payment. Then the guys who came out to assess are super helpful too, they always offer good honest advice based on their experience. They don’t take penny until the work is complete & I’m happy with it.
