Requested a return, received email stating someone would be in contact. No contact has been made and all emails/whatsapp have been ignore.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered parts. Haven't arrived. Tried to communicate but no response.

Blade advertised to fit a P5100SPE however does not fit as three holes in centre do not fit onto the plate. Contacted seller twice via Ebay and direct to email address on their website. Seller has not responded. I should also add there is no contact phone number on their website. Sent item back for a refund but company have deducted their postage costs to return the item from the refund. So out of pocket returning an item that is incorrectly advertised through no fault of my own.

Order never arrived, they don’t respond to eBay messages, WhatsApp and have no telephone number. Avoid.

Seems like its the same for most people.
I ordered 3 items, 2 weeks ago.
2 items did arrive in a few days.
1 item was , and still is missing.
No proper contact info or phone number.
No reply to anything
X 4 wotsap messages. These messages are showing as read on wotsap.
X 4 emails.
I will just start a charge back on my credit card.

They take the money but don't send the parts. Had to get money back via Paypal. No way of contacting them. They should be locked up.

Zero communication, parts took nearly two weeks to arrive.
Then to add insult to injury, the seller did not pay the full postage so I had to pay £5.22 to get my parts delivered!!!

Ordered a replacement blade for my Hyundai lawnmower after the previous one got worn out. There weren’t many companies selling it, so I was relieved to find it on these guys’ website after a search.
It arrived within three working days. I replaced it a few days ago and have used it since, so far so good. Thank you.

Placed order and did not receive it.
Will not use again.

Ordered several mower parts and everything arrived quickly, exactly as described and a perfect replacement.

Will be happy to repeat my custom in the future.

I made a purchase, all went well delivery was super fast, wrong item delivered, it's at this point in find out this is drop shipping, although they replied to my emails they failed to follow up with said emails which resulted me been behind on a job for a week...will be well over a week by the time I get the part I need, they even tried to sell me the part I didn't need at cost, great if I needed that part but I don't use it, it was a nice gesture but not needed. To my point this seems like a good business let down by drop shipping business practices
