very slow and bad attitude.
Had a puncture on M5 and advised that Weston Recovery would be there in 30 mins. They took 1.5 hours! On arrival the driver sat in his truck using his phone for 15 minutes before coming to my car. He then said he was finishing his shift so couldn't recover my vehicle! His attitude was dreadful and quite pathetic. Finally he towed me off the motorway (5 mins) and I waited another hour for a separate vehicle to come and take me to my destination.
As usual it's individuals who let companies down. This person was a fool who didnt care about the customer or the situation at all. But if reflects poorly on the company and its management who allow him to get away with it.
