The product is great, delivery is very poor
The product is great, and we are really pleased with it. And the buying experience was also very smooth, and our purchasing person was incredibly helpful.
The delivery service was incredibly disappointing. We chose to have the furniture delivered but not assembled. Unfortunately, WT works with XPO Logistics for our area who are only able to deliver with articulated 50 foot trucks. Ridiculous for people who are ordering furniture for their homes not their offices. This is a residential product and thus should have deliver that is residential based. The first delivery was a complete nightmare. The second delivery - which involved JUST a coffee table - involved threatening phone calls from XPO while we were in France with XPO literally dumping the product in the middle of our driveway. Given the quality of the product and the cost, the shipping support and experience just makes no sense whatsoever.
Would we order from WT again? Ideally yes, but with this delivery experience, I don’t know how we can do that again. For the avoidance of doubt, we have ordered furniture from Frontgate, Kingsley Bate and Country Casual Teak for our two homes, and NEVER have we had the delivery experience we had with XPO. So while I know the tendency is to blame the customer, that just can not be the case here.

Dear Natalie,
First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your time and willingness to share your experience with us.
We sincerely apologize for the delivery experience you encountered with your order. While our carrier partners typically provide dependable service, we recognize that this was not the case in this instance. Our goal is to provide every client with a seamless delivery experience, and we understand that your experience fell well short of the standards expected from our luxury brand.
Please know that we are committed to providing the level of service you deserve. We will be addressing this matter directly with the carrier to help prevent similar situations in the future. Additionally, our manager, Shelley, who assisted with your order, will be reaching out to you today to further discuss your experience and determine how best to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
For future orders, we also offer an Inside Delivery service, which includes delivery by a small truck and placement of the boxed items in the area of your choice. This option may provide a more suitable delivery experience depending on your needs.
Above all, we want to reassure you that we stand behind the quality of our products and remain committed to supporting you throughout the lifetime of your teak furniture, which is backed by our lifetime warranty. We sincerely hope you enjoy many wonderful years with your new Westminster Teak collection, and we are dedicated to ensuring that all future interactions reflect the exceptional standards for which Westminster Teak is renowned for.

Customer Service You Just Don't Get Anymore!!
I knew I wanted teak, and I knew my budget and the space I had but that was about it. The Westminster Teak team (shout out to Shelley) made CAD drawings of my space so that I could see what it would look like with various styles and colors. I can't imagine working with any other company to achieve my dream rooftop.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, Josh.
It was a pleasure working with you on this project. From our early discussions about your space, budget, and design goals to exploring different layouts through the CAD renderings, I truly enjoyed helping you bring your vision to life.
One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is seeing a project come together from an idea into a space that will be enjoyed for years to come. I'm delighted that we could help make that process easier and give you confidence in your selections along the way.
Thank you for placing your trust in Westminster Teak. On behalf of our entire team, we appreciate the opportunity to be part of creating your dream rooftop and wish you many wonderful gatherings there in the years ahead.
Warm regards,
Shelley

Laguna end tables
End tables were perfect next to the sofa. The 22 inch height is hard to find in teak. Easy assembly with 4 screws.

When I first started looking for a teak bench, I wondered why there was such a difference in price between companies. Your website answered that question, as well as providing a lot of information about the care and maintenance. We love our bench!
Also, we were extremely pleased with the white glove service. I have already recommended your company to a neighbor.

The young man who helped was exceptional. He helped me order a broken piece for my chair and it arrived in a timely fashion. Thank you. I love the outdoor furniture, and I appreciated being able to replace the side arm section which broke during a wind storm. The original purchase was a major purchase for me, and I hope to enjoy the furniture for many years.

Dear Diane,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We are thrilled to hear that our team member provided exceptional service and was able to help you navigate the replacement process smoothly.
We know that investing in high-quality outdoor furniture is a big decision, and it’s heartening to hear how much you love your set. Mother Nature can be unpredictable, but we believe a "wind storm" shouldn't mean the end of your favorite lounging spot! Providing replaceable parts is part of our commitment to ensuring your furniture lasts for many seasons to come.
We hope you have many more years of comfort and beautiful weather ahead of you. Thank you for choosing us!
