Exactly as says on description
Lovely just as described shipping was ok took while to arrive and charged a fair bit for packaging small item.
But item was perfect.
Website and the ads reoccurring spamming pages can be a bit off putting.
Got there in the end so all is well .

Terrible customer service, if you order for next day delivery it doesn’t come if you want a refund they make it as hard as possible to get one if I was you I’d recommend anywhere else but here. I’m still waiting on my refund 2 weeks on and the order I ordered is 10 minutes away from me as they used DPD as delivery service but it’s down to westend dj to get in contact with DPD to get there parcel but still have not but I would shop elsewhere

Hi Steven,
I've checked the notes for your order and can see that you completed the checkout at 7:39pm on Friday January 30th. As this was after our delivery cut off, we picked and packed the goods on Monday February 2nd for dispatch but DPD did not collect from us until Tuesday February 3rd.
After your item had been collected by DPD you contacted us on February 3rd and the notes on file indicate that you wished to switch to two alternative products and so we requested that DPD return the shipment to us so that we could facilitate this change.
We have since cancelled your order with us an issued a refund. Westend DJ requested that DPD return the shipment to consignor on both February 3rd and again on February 6th as the shipment was moving backwards and forwards through the courier network.
Occasionally our courier partners can slip up, and we have to take responsibility for this, although DPD has still not returned the goods to us - we have issued a refund as requested. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Item not delivered and no contact
Item not delivered to my door, not even a ring on my doorbell and instead of even a phonecall, was taken miles to a Superstore, instead of two closer drop-off points.
As I dont drive and have no photo ID I cant get said package so I guess thats money down the drain.

Sorry to hear that your delivery hasn't been delivered to your door. I've checked back through the order details and can see that there's no phone number provided, this means that all of the delivery information has been communicated by email and I can't give you a call to get things resolved.
As the item is still at the pick-up store, we can have it returned back to us and attempt delivery again, I'll drop you an email today to work out a solution as I can't find any other communication from you relating to this.

Great customer experience
Bought the XDJ AZ - but it was defective (not their fault!). Westend DJ quickly organised a courier to collect the unit and I had a replacement sent to me within a week. Really happy with the customer service.
