Items dispatched quickly, one received the following day! Courier somehow split the order, I contacted WestendDJ who were able to give me a separate tracking link, good communication. The other came a day later.

Gavin and the team were exceptional…
Gavin and the team were exceptional from the outset. My 13 year old is a keen DJ and wanted to upgrade his system. From the beginning the team gave my son time, space and comfort testing the systems and really assisted me on our purchase. It is a fantastic shop for music related purchases and we will certainly be going back for any additional add on purchases. Diana

I never normally write reviews, but West DJ was an amazing company to deal with. The customer service was simply excellent. Always went above and beyond.Nothing was ever too much trouble when I called, very friendly and helpful. I’d like to say a special thank you to Maria, James and Alfie, superstars :-)
