Highly recommend the team at West Country Movers. Great communication prior to the move and good follow up after all was done. Mike and all were friendly and courteous. Excellent .

Such an honest and great bunch of people. So easy to get along with and a pleasure to be around. Nothing is too much trouble and boy do they work hard. An absolutely excellent service from wrapping and packing to shifting, loading and unloading. West Country made what could have been a very stressful time, into an enjoyable time.

The man & woman were very obliging & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a serious accident on the M5 so the traffic was horrendous especially as it was a Friday. But they coped marvellously . I would definitely recommend this company.

The guys from West Country Movers where excellent. Came the day before to pack up. Worked tirelessly on moving day. Friendly, helpful and hardworking. Everything you could ask for in a removals firm. Highly recommended.

We used West Country Movers for packing and removal from Bridgwater to Chard.
Everyone we dealt with from office,packing and the removal guys we're absolutely brilliant. Nothing to much trouble. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Items not packed safely. On moving our property to another storage unit I found our antique furniture was scratched and mouldy as if there had been water ingress. Completely devastated as family heirlooms ruined.

Mike and Ricky in the office were so obliging with our quote. I asked if two smaller moves would be possible to quote for, as well as one move from Tiverton to Barnstaple (3 bed to 3 bed. They were very happy to help. Both quotes were fairly priced. We decided on two smaller moves and we're booked in on a day that suited us for the first move.
Ross and Delvin helped us with the actual move and they were absolutely superb! Nothing was too much trouble and they were a very entertaining double act! They were also amazingly quick, despite Ross having a bad knee. Most big furniture pieces were taken in 1 go (i.e. drawers kept in sideboards/bedside tables) - very handy at the end house. However they also happily dis-assembled our massive bedframe and sofa AND reassembled the sofa once delivered.

West Country movers saved the day for us. The removals company we had booked just didn’t turn up on the day. We contacted West Country at 12 noon on the day we were moving and they kindly fitted us in at 2.30. The two young men who arrived couldn’t have been more helpful, efficient and friendly and completed our move out and into our new property in record time. A big thank you to West Country team, would definitely recommend them.

The team were courteous, cheerful, helpful and very efficient. They were careful with everything so nothing was broken or damaged. Good value too.
We couldn’t have asked for a better service.

We had a great experience with West Country Movers. The team of 4 started early and packed the whole house into 4 vans in the middle of Storm Ciaran. They were soaking wet but in good cheer and got the job done very professionally. Beds and furniture were dismantled promptly. Everything arrived safely and reassembled efficiently. Cardboard boxes and paper were available before the move. I would thoroughly recommend this cheerful band of hard workers.

Outstanding effort by Mike and his team to get the Job done in full and on time. Everything was low stress and common sense from the beginning. When some firms wanted a box by box inventory even to quote, Ricky jumped on a WhatsApp video call to see what needed doing and gave me a written quote 20 mins later. The movers worked hard and diligently and got the job done. Exceptionally professional and personal service at a fantastic price.

The West Country Movers team gave us an incredibly smooth move down to Cornwall in August. This was a big move - not just the normal domestic stuff, but a garage full (including motorbikes and bike-lift) and studio full of paintings and art equipment. We have at last unpacked all of the boxes now - and have not had one single breakage.
The packing and moving teams could not possibly have worked harder, cared for our property and never lost their sense of humour. We felt so sorry for them when they left here - facing a long journey back home on the A30 and M5 on a Friday evening.

We would recommend West Country Movers to anyone looking for a conscientious and professional move at a fair price. They were all absolutely brilliant.

Excellent company move went great they were on time very professional the lads were very helpful and worked hard and put everything where we wanted also helped with garden furniture over utility roof , brilliant thankyou. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Generally good service.
However, the agreed additional work quoted for (moving a Hot Tub) was not completed, and rather than discuss the issue ‘R’s first response was to claim that they had been misinformed (which was completely untrue, and would have not benefited me to do so!) and issue an wholly inappropriate and asinine insult. This soured the whole experience and this member of the team should not be having contact with customers.
The agreed partial refund was not paid.

Great team turned up on time. Friendly and courteous, organised and efficient.
Ricky always answers his phone and advises and reassures.
Would highly recommend these guys.

Brilliant service! Very quick to respond, had great last minute availability, friendly advice both in person and via email. The two guys were great on completion day, it made my experience totally stress free.

Fantastic movers with a cool, calm, Can Do attitude. Our move wasn't easy on the day and if it wasn't for the hard work of Dave and Ricky, we couldn't have done it. If you are thinking about their packing service also, stop thinking, just go for it. Worth every penny - Thanks Dave!

Thanks to Ricky and the wonderful team. Our 87 year old father's move was so much easier and less stressful than it could have been. These guys were so helpful, friendly and just lovely to be around. They were flexible, resonded to our mind-changing requests and got everything done so much more quickly than we thought. They were incredibly strong and polite and just went above and beyone to help. Can't recommend them highly enough. Incredible value for money and worth every penny. Thank you.
