The whole team were excellent from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, and West Country were very accommodating of changing completion dates. On the day of packing, the team were incredibly efficient and explained everything really clearly. I was amazed that on the day of moving, everything was loaded in time, and then unloaded and rebuilt in time for bedtime. These guys are miracle workers! Thank you!

Would have been ok if they bother to respond for the third time of enquiry to a quote!?
Clearly more business than they can cope with? Or maybe just not interested if it does not suit them?
That attitude will see them go out of business eventually!

The whole experience from requesting a quote and having a visit from Sophie to assess what size Van was needed, went so smoothly. I can't praise West Country Movers enough! I had a few questions before the Move Day itself & Ricky was so understanding & keen to help on the phone. It felt like nothing was too much trouble - he said feel free to phone in with more questions right up until the Move, we're here to help!

On the day Jordan & Perrin arrived on time & were absolutely fantastic! Polite & friendly & professional & happy to follow through on all instructions - very much a 'Can Do' attitude which lasted the whole day! I'd requested that they assemble an Outdoor Storage Unit, & Sophie was happy to include this as an 'extra' - the speed at which Jordan assembled it was phenomenal! And the same goes for plumbing in the Washing Machine.
And before they left, they checked with me that all furniture etc was exactly where I wanted it. It was a pleasure to be dealing with such nice guys :)

Excellent service. We moved from Somerset to North Devon. Guys arrived on time and made the move so easy for us. Took over and packed the lorry up in no time. Unloaded in the same manner - nothing was too much trouble. Offered to move heavy items to suit before leaving. Friendly and efficient.

From the initial quote and visit i felt confident west country movers could do the job. Arrived on time 3 man crew were fantastic, very polite, happy and professional, easy to work with, nothing too much trouble would definitely use again and no hesitation to recommend. Jordan and J-J were perhaps the best removal men we've ever used. Punctual, hard working, efficient, skillful, willing and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We were particularly impressed by how carefully and well they wrapped all the individual items that needed protecting and all the help they gave us constructing difficult beds and working out the best place to put things. Thank you for making our move such a positive one!

A very honest,reliable and friendly company to deal with. They gave us a very fair quote, they moved our furniture with efficiency and good humour, and they took the stress out of moving. They are a family business. They certainly work hard for their money.

West Country movers were great, a simple and quick pre-move assessment appointment at a time that suited me followed by a quick and efficient move on move day. The three movers I had were professional and quick and couldn’t have been more helpful - they were absolute grafters and we’d never have managed without them.

From surveying what we wanted to move to the actual removal service itself was excellent. The two gentleman who moved us J&J were great, they were friendly, well organised and removed all the stress from the day itself. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and definitely would use them again if needed.

West Country Movers moved us from Minehead to Devizes on the 15th October.The team of 4 arrived at 8.30 and were unpacking in Devizes by 3pm! All the lads were excellent and moved everything carefully and put everything where we asked them. Highly recommended!

Apart from the mix up of not bringing some packing boxes (general packaging)as promised. We moved from Seaton Devon to 500yds up the road the 2 guys worked so hard, and unfortunately, they got soaked by the rain .
Very polite and friendly n nothing to much trouble.
Would recommend them fully .

I wish I could rate this company as 10! Yesterday I moved from Devon to Somerset. I moved from a house that was so big it needed two trucks! Three great guys, Jordan, Jordan and Dylan, arrived promptly and worked like removal wizards until the house was empty. I had done most of my packing but ran out of steam. They were happy to finish it for me and also packed my entire kitchen (which is huge). We all drove to Somerset where they unloaded equally as fast and efficiently. They made sure everything was in the right place before leaving. Not a single item had been broken or damaged in any way. All day they had remained friendly and such fun. Their laughing and singing helped me get through the sadness of leaving my home of 25 years. Thank you so much, all of you at WCM.

We moved on the 9th of September from Exeter to Wolverhampton. The moving van was outside our door at 7:20 am. Exactly on time as they've informed us. Very quick and professional. Jordan and Rocky did an amazing job moving our stuff and furniture. They took their time handling our things and did it very fast and smoothly. They were quick and gentle all at once. We couldn't fault them. Very nice and professional. They were literally done by 9 am. We hit the road straight away. We were at Wolverhampton by 1 pm. The boys even took some of our belongings to a storage close to where we live before dropping the rest of our belongings to our new home. They were brilliant. We can't thank them enough for their hard work. We strongly recommend West Country Movers as they've made our moving so relaxing and stress free. Honestly they've done all the hard work for us that we've been stressing about. Honestly thank you so much Jordan and Ricky. And thank you West Country Movers.

West Country Movers were great. They were
easy to contact, flexible about dates, turned up on time, didn't quibble when the move took longer than anticipated on the day, moved everything conveniently and without any breakages, and twice came back to remove the boxes when I'd unpacked them. They were also literally half
the price of a rival firm I got a quote from.

Unfortunately once we began unpacking stuff, we found a lot of damage and sentimental items missing. Major damage was done to a sofa. Microwave was broken. Clothes airer was literally destroyed. One of the guys rang his boss about it, boss said they'd get someone round to sort it. No one came. I emailed three times, got lied to each time.
I certainly wouldn't recommend this company. I have to say, the guys worked very hard, in very hot weather. Had we know about all the damage (and missing items, that were there the morning of moving), we would have questioned them, but sadly, it was several days later we realised.

Guys turned up on time, and worked hard to get the truck filled by 13.00, and then hung on until 14.30 when we got the keys and then worked really hard to get the stuff postioned into the correct rooms in the new house. Many thanks to them all. Highly recommended.

Ricky and the team were brilliant. North London to South Somerset with no drama.

They took another potentially stressful step in the house move process and made it simple.

Importantly for some, no damage, now mess, no fuss. And not too many biscuits either.

We needed to move from Bristol to Edinburgh and it was a matter of concern because we had to move a motorbike as well.
Jordan and JJ were incredible: precise, fast, reliable and the move went smothly.
They were also good company and we were happy to have them on the delivery up in Edinburgh as well.
Hiring them was a good choice.
