Reasonable pricing for repair on a MacBook Pro 16 M1, and they were able to pick it up for a free device diagnostics of the issue, and drop off my device too, irrespective of whether they went ahead of the repair or not. I was actually within the 12 mile radius of the repair shop, although they have a mail in service via eBay for people outside of that. I decided to go ahead with the repair though having reached an agreeable price for the completion of the repair work, and with Abraham fully disclosing what the repair would entail. They pretty much had it done same day. Re-assuring, polite, and courteous staff that ensured that the procedure happened as painlessly as possible. There was no pressure to get the repair done if circumstance was difficult or non-permitting. Highly recommended.
