Very disappointing, should have realised this advert was too good to be true. Silver bracelet so fragile I fear it will snap when I wear it and ordered a collection of bracelets too which haven’t arrived. Will not be duped again.

Thank you all of those who put such brutality honest reviews which saved me losing money. Interestingly I bought some clothes with a similar sob story - so poor couldn’t even sent to charity shop. I got the same message that returns had to go back to Asia and would cost a lot.

This is a complete rip off, of a UK jeweller called Wendy Clarke- with an e. I doubt the products are hand made. Justvlook at their site- how can they even describe a necklace as soft??

So thankful for reading these reviews. Only issue is, I sent an email as an inquiry, now whoever this/these scammers are have my email address 🫤I thought I wasn't gullible to this sort of scam! Live and learn, you can't trust anyone anymore, what a world we live in!

Do not buy from this company. It’s a fake . Show beautifully boxed items of jewellery on thier site ( adverts continually on Pinterest).

Items are very cheap poor quality knockoff’s from China . They do not respond at all to emails but will continually bombard you with discount offers for future . Absolute ripoff for merchant

This person : Wendy, doesn't exist. It's a big scam and I fell into it. I've ordered for almost £300 of jewelry and fins out that those cheap jewelry are fake and looked like the ones you'd find at Primark. They know exactly what they are doing. Using this image of a mature Caucasian woman who is going to retire to lure customers into their scam. You will not be able to send back the jewelry as they inform you in their emails that it will cost between 50 and 70 euros to return the items to an address in China.
They should be prosecuted as now, they don't even reply to my emails asking for a refund.
They will offer you to keep the items" for free" and get a 30% refund.

Retiring to spend more time with her grand children . .Believe that it you like ! Fortunately we did not spend very much but still feel cheated. 3.3 out of 100 is too high for a firm which deliberately aims to decieve.

Just want to say thank goodness I've learnt that prices like this .."TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE" always are!! I saw this beautiful jewellery, then the reductions. Straight away I thought let me check on Trust Pilot. Sure enough it's a scam! Hoping I never fall for it again.

The website is full of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes, a complete fabrication and a scam and states established in 1996, what a load.of baloney.STAY AWAY FROM IT EVERYONE DO NOT BE TAKEN IN

I was interested but thought the prices were too good to be true. I found the reviews on Trust pilot and glad I didn't order. A reverse image search revealed the same photo but different name. The Ad popped up in my newsfeed too.

Please do not under any circumstances buy this brand it a load of BS my mum is nearly 80 and she's just got ripped off payed £18 for a ring i found on Temu for 65p and 1 for £30 which is on Ebay for £6.50

It’s my own fault! However, those ads should have been taken down by now. 10 days since I ordered earrings. Lots of emails offering me more discounts. One email apologising for only sending part of the order ( what, one earring?)
I usually check on trust pilot. I might have had a bit of liquid refreshment….. no fool like an intoxicated……..

Identical scam to Amelia and Arthur. They sell Chinese cheap stuff and is almost impossible to return.

AS for a refund don't bother, another email pings back in your in box stating how difficult it is to return, how long it takes for parcel to get to depot and a refund, they offer you 10% off to keep it!
Mine will end up in Charity bag and put down to being stung and bad experience.

I’ve lost £160 to this fictitious person. I’m a pensioner and ordered for Christmas presents, although it’s only July, as I thought the pieces were so beautiful and such a bargain.
I should have remembered “if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!”

Why are these people allowed to con us. The ring I bought was so yellow it could have come out of a cracker. Probably did. The pendant I ordered came in a different colour. My mistake was assuming paying in UK sterling the jewellery was made in the UK. Lots of emails from her but correct order still not sent despite promises of being sent without charge. Please some authority has to stop these scsmmers.

I too, like many others have been scammed by this company! The impression given is that every piece of jewellery is handmade by Wendy - definitely not the case. Some of the jewellery is pretty but not worth the price charged. One of the bags even stated "made in China". And shipping is from the USA.
I wouldn't have given it one star but had to.

Please do not order anything from Wendy Clark, she is SCAM. You'll pay a lot of money for Chinese stuff, nothing handmade or silver as she describes, nothing to do with the photos on her website and if you want refund, you need to pay 50-70 €, BIG, BIG SCAM!

Complete and utter scam do not buy anything , the stuff is rubbish the jewellery is like something out a child's toy bag. The return they promise is crap I asked to return something and this si the reply I got
