This was a company selected by a family member to deal with my Father's Will after his death in November 28th 2019. The company has taken a lot of fees for their services, it has been very difficult to make contact with people dealing on this case at most times and its been very frustrating. It went against the wishes of my Father to create this Will and has cost him a lot of money with his small estate. The company has reduced their fee by a minor amount, but nothing can soften the feelings of a shabby and unprofessional way the company has dealt with me as beneficiary especially after the death of my late Father.
