Wellbots had the electric bike that we were after. My wife purchase a bike through Heybike during a special for Valentine's Day and I purchased one through Wellbots. Heybike responded to my wife claiming they were out of stock, so she purchased one through Wellbots also. After the purchase, Wellbots upgraded both of our bikes to the next better model, because of the high volume of sale from Heybike. A big thanks to Julien with helping us get what we wanted. This is the WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER DONE — AT THE WORST STORE I HAVE EVER PURCHASE. THEY NEVER SENT ME A BILL. ALL WHAT I BOUGHT CAME TOO LATE AND IN DIFFERENT DELIVERIES. A REAL MESS.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING AT THIS STORE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE REAL PROBLEMS.
