Purchased a welder and a few bits and bobs. A girl called Reese (sorry for name spelling if its wrong) was very helpful and accomadating of all my stupid questions. There were a couple of small issues that were corrected in a proffessional Manor. All in all very good and I will use them from now on. Nice to see a business run correctly Thanks Jason.

Purchased a Paton mfi 250 multipro. When arrived there were no leads, cables or instructions in box.
I emailed a few times and finally received cables but no gas hose or instructions.
After a few more days and emails I received instructions by PDF and a made up gas hose that when attached leaked gas everywhere as they had crimped the wrong size fitting onto the hose so had no chance of sealing. (had to purchase new fittings elsewhere)
They did send me a mig consumable kit as an apology but lost a lot of time on jobs due to inconvenience.

Cheaper than most suppliers, very quick delivery and well packaged.

My partner has recently placed an order for a large amount of goods. We went for financing option and it was easy to checkout and when ordered, it said it would be 10 working day wait which was understandable considering the amount of items. After waiting over 10 working days i phoned up the company to find out about my order and was then told there would be a 2-3 week wait due to an item having to be ordered in from Italy that was slightly delayed which was no fault of the welding supplies direct team. Tom the manager was absolutely fantastic with his communication throughout the whole process and Rachel was a star as well. She understood our frustration and did everything she could. After the item from Italy arrived to welding supplies direct team, they phoned me up to notify me about this but was also told that klarna had cancelled due to such a long time waiting on miller to deliver a product (which again was not welding supplies directs fault). We then had to submit another order and do the finance again due to this problem. Once the new order was redone, the delivery side was very prompt and then was delivered within 3-5 working days. Then unfortunately once I had my receiver the order, we checked the items and 2 products were missing which should have come with my item from italy as a Kit. I had rang up on the same day and said we were missing them, Luckily they had the right items in-stock themselves. They were very helpful and had the items delivered next day.

Overall everything on The Welding Supplies Direct side of things was brilliant and with a few bumps along the way we are happy with our order and will be using them again in future for any of our welding products.

Ordered a welder and some accessories. Delivery was on time and packaging was more than adequate to protect the goods. All items were good quality, I am especially happy with the welder. All in all a good experience, will consider to buy from them again if I need something else.

mag drill broachers of good quality and good price. I would have given five stars but the courier service let them down. The cutters arrived at the dispatch warehouse on the Wednesday 10/8/22 but when they hadn,t arrived the following Monday I phoned to ask when I could expect receive the goods. I was told that they would be with me on Thursday 18th. I ended up going and picking the parcel up myself.

Quick, efficient delivery, with a friendly follow-up email, as a first time customer I know I’ll be back for bits and bobs as and when my skills progress. A real pleasant surprise in todays not so customer service orientated world, you as the customer, genuinely matter to these guys and girls.

Something went slightly wrong, my fault not theirs, but they sorted it out and were really helpful.

super service, this is the second machine i have brought from these guys and each time has been great. good communication through out, one small problem with something missing, but dealt with very quickly. Highly recommend.
