Quick one - company is owned by Mr Marasca CON ARTIST - also owns unblock 365 , drain busters and project Draina we have now discovered by research .

You will be told on the phone you will be charged £44 - sounds good right ? It’s a joke - wait a massive bill for a failed drain unblock - by amateurs who call themselves engineers - and demand payment before leaving - they will also tell you your drain is about to collapse (completely false and proven by another drainage company same day )

They will then ignore your calls and emails .

Blocked drain, phoned and said would be here in 2 hours. 3 hours later phoned to say would not be there until tomorrow at 0800. They arrived at 0925. They proceeded to unblock drain, but the backflow went everywhere into my downstairs toilet and he spent 15 minutes cleaning it up. He eventually cleaned up the mess and unblocked the drain. Things to note, charged for 2 people as standard (not clear upfront) at £44.50. If they go one minute over they will charge another £44.50. That’s per person so £89 per half hour. Then the kicker is they add VAT on top at the end. Then tried adding £59.50 +vat for machine hire. Tried charging me twice for 15 minutes of use. Originally they tried to charge £356.40 for 40 minutes work (of which). Total cost for 40 minutes work £285. Absolute scandalous. In future anyone wanting to use these should use dyno -rod a juts pay a fixed rate. I will be complaining to the ombudsmen.

Tried to unblock my drains for an hr with rods
After 2.5 hrs and saying that my drains are going to collapse in the next week or 2 (had another survey done and this is not the case ) and that they need lining
Billed me £700 for 2 guys work and the running of the machine for 2hrs which it wasn’t
The 20% discount advertised for 1st call out , forget about that , you don’t get any discount and tried emailing throughout the week and I’m just ignored now
This company will fleece you for as much as possible, and then say they explained the rates to you , they make them up as they go along

For a blocked drain, 2 guys arrived and said there was an expensive problem with the drain and wanted to return next day quoting over £3000 to remedy. We got a second firm's opinion with a camera inspection, the drain was unblocked quickly, and ... guess what ...no further problem with drain. When we called Wefixanydrain for an explanation they put the phone down on us - how professional is that ! Avoid this company and go for a reputable firm.

Discovered a small leak that could have turned into a bigger problem. They attended as scheduled and fixed it properly. I appreciated the clear communication and no hidden charges. Would recommend to others.

Our toilet started overflowing and it was pretty stressful. They arranged a same day visit and dealt with it calmly and efficiently. No mess left behind and the price was fair. Would definitely use them again.

Called about a blocked kitchen sink and they managed to come out the next day. The engineer arrived on time and quickly found the cause. It was fixed faster than I expected and everything was left clean. Very smooth service overall.

We’ve used WeFixAnyDrain multiple times, and each time has been a positive experience. Most recently, our outdoor drain got clogged, which was a headache. They responded quickly and sent someone over within the hour. The engineer was knowledgeable and fixed the problem efficiently, all while keeping the area tidy. I appreciate their straightforward pricing and commitment to customer service. If you need drainage help, I’d definitely suggest giving them a call!

Was told they would be here at 10 did not show up , then was told it would be afternoon and still did not turn up . Was told a price by office and then a completely different price by the plumber and then after getting told would be there within an hour still did not turn up . Plumber was polite and was honest with what it would cost but the office staff was rude , unhelpful and just lied about the price avoid this company at all cost it will end up costing a fortune and you will regret it. They say we match any quote which is not true either not many places I would say avoid but this company is 1000 percent one to avoid

Last week, we dealt with an overflowing toilet and were in a bit of a panic. I reached out to WeFixAnyDrain, and they jumped into action right away. They were calm and understanding on the phone, promising to send someone out that same day. I was grateful for their prompt and effective service, plus the pricing was fair. I’d definitely call them again if I need help!

Mr Craig Benton came out very promptly and worked very hard to clear our drains.

I called out for a drain to be unblocked.
We had one engineer attend. This is on my Cctv and also my parents were present. During the time the engineer was present, he never advised me that he would be using CCTV to check my drains and this is shown on my paperwork as £250 CCTV. Plant use was £119 and 1 mans labour was £89. So including VAT this came to £549. After the work was completed i was handed the paperwork to sign and pay. However it states part B 'must be filled in prior to commencement of work'. This did not happen.
In the 'Job Description' All i got was 'blocked xxxx system. High pressure jet was used. CCTV shows displacement will need re-line as method to seal damage to avoid further issues and damage'. The CCTV shows small misalignment but nothing major to of caused such a massive blockage.
No report as to what caused it, we since have found out it was further down the line but all they did was tout for more business...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Avoid this company at all costs! An employee pressurised an elderly OAP into paying for services which did not solve the blocked drain problem.
Charged £365 for work that was unnecessary.
They did not respond to my written complaint.
Next day we called out an alternative company that solved the problem for less that half the cost.

Absolutely appalling service relating to a blocked wastewater drain involving a call out on New Years Eve. Started with sharp practice since 2 persons arrived (2 x £44; not told this in advance - see other reviews) followed by a total failure to resolve the problem since the drain blocked again within hours. One of the crew made it obvious he'd rather be somewhere else and subsequent attempts to get redress involved more wasted time on my part, and poor communication from WFAD where action was promised but nothing happened, coupled with an insistence that I would need to pay again for a further visit. I then called in a different company and the single engineer who arrived cleared the blockage within 30 minutes. If you enjoy losing cash, I would suggest that you burn some in your garden - much less painful, costly, and frustrating than dealing with WFAD. My experience would justify a zero star rating but that isn't an option.
Having read the WFAD response I should like to point out that during the visit the WFAD personnel made absolutely no reference to either roots or probable structural damage! In fact Able (a single engineer!) subsequently cleared the blockage within 30 minutes and confirmed no structural problems at all!
WFAD Reception - did not say anything about this being treated as an ‘emergency’, and in my two follow up phone calls to solicit remedial action the receptionist told me that she would “speak with my manager and phone you back” - I am still waiting.

Beware of creeping costs. Company says it will not be beaten on price and starts with £45.50 for half an hour, but two people arrive, apparently they do not come out singely. Then every bit of equipement they use adds to the cost. Could not afford the final cost they quoted and had to send them away without the problem being resolved.

Terrible service, as per review below. 2 guys showed up. Problem wasn’t fixed and I am £720 poorer. Absolute joke

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from We Fix Any Drain, especially Engineer Mark. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly and clearly very experienced. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything in a way I could understand, and got straight to work without any messing around.

Mark went above and beyond not only fixing the issue efficiently but also showing me exactly what caused the problem and how to prevent it in future. His attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work really stood out.

The whole job was completed to a very high standard, and the difference was immediate. Reliable, honest and genuinely helpful, Mark is a credit to the company.

We called We Fix Any Drain at 9am and they arrived within the hour! Charlie was very helpful, professional, and explained everything clearly. The job was done quickly and to a high standard. Excellent service from start to finish — would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
