very good service, i oftern sell few bits when having a clear out, it all goes through ok and they email you to let you know they've received items and when you've been payed, it's all good. i sometimes buy from them aswel, it's very similar to musicmagpie style.

Lego - they paid what they quoted
They paid what they had quoted for Lego. Money came through about 10 days after being picked up by courier. Was easy to organise.

Parcel did not arrive at WBG
I sent off the lego just before i went on holiday.
When I returned it had not arrived so I contacted WBG and explained giving them the order reference and screen dumps of the tracking. I was sent the money and told that you would chase EVRi.
Very happy with the response and I received my payment.
