Great Buyers of Games Media, they pay the highest prices for games in my experience. Having used WBG for a couple of years, I always found them to be fair; their App needs minor improvement, (it needs to auto refresh after about a second to clear the alert when item is NOT accepted), before being able to scan the next item you have to manually click to acknowledge, other than that, its great and smooth to use.

WBG has also had to foresight to create 'Pro Account' status for those sellers who regularly sell to them, supplying a permanent 10% reward uplift code to any deals over £5; I have found them to be the only Media buyers who do this and this consistently enables them to get the upper hand in who I sell to, regularly exceeding the prices paid by other Media buyers. Keep up the great work

No hassle in buying the books etc.
No saying things were wrong with items like some people do when there is nothing wrong with the items all perfect when they leave me.

Scammers! Avoid avoid avoid. Sent a variety of games for which I was offered pennies. However once received one of the games (funnily enough the highest valued at £3.56) was found to have sever surface scratches. Odd considering it was the one game that I never played!! Oh and if you want your stuff back, yes it's £1 per item, so they've got you all ways. Give your stuff to charity instead of these robbing rats!!!!

I had to chase them up and was told the package must have been lost by Evri, but they would put in a claim and I would be paid. Very strange.

Damaged Book, Poor Packaging
Well, it's sad to pay an absurd amount for a book and have it damaged has it arrived. Nobody should sell something in this condition without a warning, it's a collection item. People like to have it in good condition.

Poor packaging with no plastic bubble... Support team just thinks about the profit and put the support aside.

Was offered £23 for my PS3 80gb Console using the App. Company would not pay. Tried to charge me £5 for return postage. We are still in dispute. Company also asked for a controller and power cable which I am not sending as it was not included in the original offer.

Sold some lego. Was all mixed and really couldn't face sorting it. Sent a small batch off first and was so impressed sent ALOT more in second batch. Can track the process on your account and received money promptly via PayPal. Very impressed and earnt some money from something that was just sat under the bed!!!
