This was our first motorhome purchase . Steve our sales advisor was very informative without pressure selling . We were allowed plenty of time to view the motorhome , we had arranged to see. He pointed out all the features of the motorhome and answered all our questions clearly and concisely.
We decided to purchase the motorhome and Steve took us through the necessary paperwork and made the whole process seamless.
We were introduced to the shop adviser who again was very helpful .
When we returned to pick up the motorhome the handover was made easily and we were given very helpful advise when making our initial purchases in the accessory shop.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend Webbs .

We approached Webbs directly with a view to them purchasing our Motorhome and agreed a fair price. Guy and Robin (who collected our van from Scotland) were brilliant to deal with. If someone is looking for a beautiful A-class I’m sure it will be pride of place on their forecourt soon - hopefully you enjoy it as much as we have. We purchased our motor home in the winter of 2025 from Webbs and Steven made the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. No pressure to buy, plenty of sensible advice and Webbs kindly stored it for us over the Xmas period, until we could collect in Jan 2026. Ashley in the Webbs accessory store was also super helpful, so they are well worth a visit! We would thoroughly recommend.

Great experience buying a Motorhome from Steven @ Webbs. We visited several times as this was our first Motorhome purchase. Help was available if needed but we were left to look round for as long as we wanted.
Motorhomes were available to view at any time with no appointment needed so it meant we could go back as often as we wanted and not feel pressed to buy as you might if you had to go at a specific.

We were left to look at the vehicles ourselves without any pressure sales approach which was perfect. Superb, professional company.
We visited Webbs to look at all the various designs of Motorhome, Steven showed us around and explained in layman’s terms what you got for the money.

I never leave reviews…but credit where it’s due we were looked after brilliantly by Steven Archer from our initial visit/viewing for our first Motorhome purchase. Communication and internal & external ‘how to use’ your motorhome videos in between were excellent. Whole experience made very comfortable as absolutely no pressure from pushy sales staff and all questions were answered when we had them. Highly recommend Steven and Webbs. Thankyou

I bought a second hand Mobilvetta motorhome from Webbs and had the pleasure of dealing with Steven Archer. The whole experience from start to finish was superb. Steven was so helpful and full of information. When it came to payment, he was incredibly patient, as it took quite a few weeks to sort out the finance. I had read some really bad reviews on some motor home dealers so I was fearing the worst. I had no need to worry. The whole process was made really easy and dealing with Steven was wonderful. I can not praise this dealership enough and would highly recommend anyone to use them in the future.

We visited Webbs about a month ago, and was amazed that you were able to climb aboard all of the motorhomes as they were all open. This made our visit a lot easier and our choice of which motorhome to buy.

Purchased a motorhome from Webbs in December 2024. It had some rectification work needed prior to collection that was agreed. Not all work was carried out and it was given back to Webbs to resolve, this ended up in Webbs having to send the motorhome to the main Peugeot dealer to resolve the initial problem. The motorhome was delivered back to me and again not all problems were resolved.

It was agreed with Webbs mutually to refund my purchase which was very good. When I returned the motorhome (at my cost) they said "if anything comes in that you like, just let us know". I left this amicably and very happy in light of the situation.

Fast forward a few months and they had a new motorhome for sale. I enquired as I wanted the motorhome but to have a few additions to be added on - I was informed that they could not sell me another motorhome due to company policy, in that I had rejected (Amicably) a previous motorhome. I raised this with there sales manager, as this was quiet shocking and the tone of email sent, and it was confirmed they did not want to sell me a motorhome.

Really pleased with Webbs, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, Steven was in constant communication with us. The after sales care has been great too. We bought an Auto-Explore van which we love, some great design ideas and impressive furnishings.

Making the shift from caravan to used motorhome, and having visited a couple of other dealerships, we found Webbs to be on a different level in terms of the advice and guidance they were able to give. They have a wide array of new and used vans displayed on a relatively large plot - very useful to those who have several models in mind and need to compare. We dealt with Steven who we found to be hugely helpful and very approachable. Having explained our needs Steven quickly identified several models that fitted the bill giving us free rein to compare. He was then very helpful in enabling us to reach a deal, and the whole matter of part exchanging caravan / collecting motorhome was dealt with seamlessly and professionally with Matt from the caravan branch collecting it from our storage site. The motorhome was prepared to a very high standard with a full three year warranty which is extremely reassuring. The two youtube handover videos of the van have been massively helpful, and post sale the company has readily answered any queries we have had. Overall a pleasant hassle free positive experience.
