Really great company
Really great company. It is wonderful to have your medicine so easy to order online, delivered to your house, and in cardboard boxes with paper tape! Such a wonderful company. I love that the packaging is paper instead of any kind of plastic, and I love that I do not have to queue at the pharmacy any more. Thank you very much for a wonderful service. Fast response too.

Are you illegally making yourself the nominated pharmacy for people? In the last month someone has changed my nominated pharmacy to Phlo for my usual medication that I picked up locally? How?

Upon investigation, we can see that you nominated Phlo as your pharmacy on 7th August 2024 via our online registration process. Pharmacy nomination consent can only be given by the patient and our records show that you did consent to nomination on the above date. It is only possible to have one nominated pharmacy at a time.
Please get in touch with our patient care team if this was a mistake and we can show you how to reset your pharmacy nomination to your pharmacy of choice.

Since changing to Phlo i have not had any complaints
Since changing to Phlo i have not had any problems with getting my medication and they give you a date and time and they stick to it.All I can say is keep up the great work.
