Exceptional support for a first-time buyer - I will recommend We Are Mortgages any time any day!
As a first-time buyer, entering the property market felt incredibly daunting, but working with We Are Mortgages completely changed that. From the very first phone call, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. They took the time to explain every option clearly, ensuring I understood the details and felt confident in my decisions.
I also cannot commend Mark Butler enough for his exceptional and professional support he provided me throughout the journey so far. Mark went above and beyond guiding me through paper works and answering my unending questions with absolute patience as well as keeping me updated at every single stage. Mark and his team (Vickie) really made me feel very supported as a first-time buyer.
I will recommend We Are Mortgages to anyone looking for a mortgage company that combines professional excellence and supportive customer care and if happen to work with Mark and Vickie just know that you are in the absolute best hands!!

Fantastic Experience with We Are Mortgages
We couldn't recommend We Are Mortgages highly enough. Amber and Dom were brilliant from start to finish and made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly straightforward.
From our very first conversation, they took the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and guide us through each stage of the mortgage process. As first-time buyers, there was a lot we weren't familiar with, but they were always happy to take the time to explain things and make sure we understood what was happening and what came next.
The whole process was seamless, and we were amazed to receive our mortgage offer within just two days. Their communication was excellent, keeping us updated throughout and making sure everything moved as quickly as possible.

I honestly can’t recommend Mark Butler highly enough. From start to finish, the entire mortgage process was handled with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Buying a home and arranging a mortgage can be incredibly stressful, but Mark made everything feel straightforward, manageable, and surprisingly smooth.
What really stood out was how responsive and supportive he was throughout the whole journey. No question was ever too small, and he always took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. He kept me updated at every stage, which gave me complete confidence that everything was progressing exactly as it should.
Mark worked incredibly hard to secure the best possible outcome for me, and it genuinely felt like he had my best interests at heart the entire time. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail were outstanding!
It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a personal and approachable service. I felt supported from the very first conversation right through to completion, and I’m so grateful for all of the help and guidance he provided.

I love how Mark Butler responded to my request as a customer. I am quite annoying for asking super silly and not so important questions to him. I have had requested 2-3x team meetings with to clarify things, and to my suprise he entertained our queries without any hesitation. Mark was able to commit to his promises. Kudos!
