I've had the opportunity to work with HA for many years, and they have been crucial in ensuring the uptime and stability of my clients' websites. If there's ever a concern, and it's out of hours, I feel supported knowing I have a top-class team there for my clients and I don't need to get out of bed!

We joined HA after having bad experiences with a previous hosting company; most of our clients’ websites were hacked as a result of using a bog-standard automated host server. HA247 has been providing server maintenance and hosting services to one of our larger clients since before we came onto the scene (about 6 years ago). On the rare occasion when we need further support beyond the normal (for instance this month, as we migrate up from PHP5.6 to 7.2 across multiple platforms) their assistance has been skilled and invaluable.
