One of the products I ordered did not work, and leaked terribly. Customer service had zero interest, and refused a refund despite the fact they acknowledged the item did not work. AVOID!

I echo the bad comments submitted on this company, Despite numerous emails they have not returned the full amount for the items I returned to them. I am also placing a comment on their Facebook page daily until my dispute is resolved. However, I do not think that it will make much difference to this company. I should have realised it was a 'DUFF' outfit as they display no telephone contact - speaks volumes!!

I paid for next day delivery but there is no sign of the goods appearing two days later. It is impossible to contact them: the email based "Contact Us" system does not work at all and the (unpublished) phone number says the office is closed.
Zero customer service! Using this company is taking a massive risk.

Awfull customer service, only half of a large order delivered, customer service of little help, looks like i have lost money.

I received my order of multiple items, including a hose cart. It was missing one of the washers. Appreciate this can happen, but in this day and age where many items are on backorder and delivery times are severely impacted, it would be a nice level of customer service for the order to come with all the required parts.

I requested another one via the online contact form - several days later, I am still awaiting a response. Many online contact forms also send a copy or acknowledgement of the submission email to your own email. Sadly not this one. So, I've no other way to contact Water Irrigation apart from this online form - no SLAs stated, so I have no idea how long I can expect to wait.

I have a number of other items to order for my garden, but if I cannot even get a washer, I'm thinking twice about going elsewhere...

I bought a hozelock 25 pot irrigation kit and needed to know why the timer in the box was not the correct one. Their email facility kept crashing and then after EXTENSIVE searching, Ifound a phone number. ‘The office is closed due to unforeseen circumstances’

Further to my previous review. This company refuses to acknowledge substituting the product but states that hose clips should be used on connectors. This is not true in any part of the description. A thoroughly unacceptable standard of arms length selling. You have been warned.

I spent well over £150 on an order to be sent to Glasgow which I am travelling to to collect. I received the order confirmation but no courier info. I honestly didn't really think about it, expecting it to have arrived, when 9 days later the money appears back in my bank account.
No email, no correspondence, no nothing to say what on earth was going on.
Finding NO PHONE NUMBER, I sent an email through, stating that I was supposed to be collecting the order that weekend and the date could not be changed as I have paid for a ferry!
The next day, I decided to re-order the items, paying for next day delivery which as stated on the website is possible for all UK mainland except highlands and islands!
I then receive an email saying that the original order had been returned by the courier and it would take 3 days to get the order to Glasgow anyway!
I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the lack of customer service and the LIES on their website as to the delivery they offer!
If they can't do next day to Glasgow, thats fine, but don't pretend you can and have folk waste their money!! Now I'm going to miss the order and will need to pay to have it posted to Belfast! FURIOUS

I bought a HydroSure Dual Outlet Water Timer with Digital Display which did not work despite repeatedly following the set up instructions supplied.
The company states “ We can only refund items that are unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging” !!
So if you buy it set it up and it doesn’t work they dont want to know. I doubt that this is legal and will pursue this with the authorities.
My advice is find another supplier with reasonable and proper terms and conditions.

Bought numerous products from this company & always found them superb.
Just had a problem with a Hozelock Expandable Hose & they replaced it FOC within three days - No questions.
Could not recommend them highly enough.

Reading the reviews I was a bit concerned buying from them, but after buying elsewhere and being so unhappy with what I got, I decided to take a chance. I was extremely surprised and I am so glad I took the chance. The prices of the goods was much cheaper, and the quality much better. On top of it, delivery was really quick. 2 business day after I placed the order it arrived.

I ordered some equipment last year (soaker hoses, 3 way water distributor) Having finally been able to get the garden planted I have laid the soaker hose, only to find the thread on the water distributor is damaged so It cant be used, the soaker hose when tested only worked for the 1st 50%. There is no phone number and they don't respond to their emails. I have spent over £350 on equipment and regret every penny. I would advise using a company that has some customer service.

Great price and very fast delivery. I ordered a hozelock controller at 4:30pm on Sunday and it was delivered at midday the following day. The company offered the item at a great price and charged a reasonable sum for delivery. All round good purchase - thanks

Ordered £100 worth of items and paid extra for next day delivery,
Currently 3 days in and not even dispatched.
No telephone numbers so cannot even speak to someone.
Terrible service and i am regretting ordering from them.

I bought about £400 worth of irrigation material from Water Irrigation during first lockdown. I did not find the products inferior but service and support was diabolical!
This year I have had delivery of their LDPE supply pipe line and the quality is certainly inferior. In Fact it is so poor I will just dump it!
Last year it was fine - supple and manageable as it should be but this year it is like plastic and kinks with such ease - useless.
I did contact them to complain (email) and the reply came saying it was an improvement on last year.
I've responded that they don't have to hoodwink me but look at their sales figures at the end of the season! Cutting corners on quality will hurt them dearly and they only have themselves to blame!

I placed an order but very shortly (within about 2 hours) afterwards I cancelled it. I did not receive a confirmation so I had no order number. I could not email direct so I used the web page email facility and told them to cancel. I got no response so kept mailing...I also tracked down an email address in their returns section so I sent emails on that as well. No response. I eventually found a phone number but there was only a message saying the office was closed.

Then I received a text from a courier saying my parcel was on its way. Soon after this, I had a mail from Water Irrigation under the name Choice Shops telling me that I couldn't cancel as the order had been despatched!! They told me that they had replied to my mails and sent 'proof' but nonetheless I never received them for some unknown reason. (Strangely, I received mails OK from the customer service chap who I was in contact with).

In the end I accepted the goods (I would only have ordered them elsewhere) as it was easier than going through more dialogue to return them.

I still don't have a proper invoice!!

I would never use them again, (even though the delivery was quick).....but companies should not be allowed to operate like this. If you cancel especially as quickly as I did, then the goods should not be sent.

I was nervous ordering through this company after reading reviews (Aco Drain) but they sent the exact product as advertised and it was delivered next day (Saturday) even though it was advertised as 3 working days. Thanks to Yodel also.
