Returns for faulty products are very difficult.
I've used WI a number of times, the products are reasonably priced and arrive quickly enough, I've never had problems.
However, if you have a problem with the product? Good luck to you. I had a faulty product. It's not WIs fault - these things happen. I opened a ticket, and got a useless AI chat response email to my query. I was was asked to supply images of the the problem, which I did, and the ticket was closed without further communication (closed sending a new one, closed ignoring me, who knows?).
I was sent an email to review their service but apparently the service provided on a ticket after it is closed (isn't that when you want to rate the service, after it has been provided?).
Anyway. Lets be honest, you get these items from other online retailers and you may have chosen this one because the smaller size and specialism would result in better service. Well it doesn't. So as long a your product isn't faulty or you don't need any help this firm is great. If anything does go wrong though, you will deeply regret not having used other online retailers, who have got their act together.

Edit (11/7/24). Following this review, I was contacted by the company who responded quickly and helpfully. I have therefore upgraded from 1 star to 3 star (I can't give 5 due to the original failures) but a upgrade was definitely warranted and nice to see that they want to do better than they did originally.

Just placed my 4th order for irrigation parts. I’ve had no issues but because of this have not had to try and contact them, which seems the majority of the bad feedback. I will keep using them to get my whole garden on auto watering

Bought a very long anti kink hose from them with some end bits. Paid for next day delivery. Came as expected. Not a single issue. Don't know why the reviews here are so bad.

Can not contact company, item was not up to job. Tried to return item the day it was delivered as I used the item would not return. Item was used for 1 minute

Hopeless company, no way to contact them, email or telephone or chat. The CONTACT doesn't work although you are invited to contact TECHNICAL but that doesn't work either. High Risk so would advise using alternative company / source

I purchased a timer from Water Irrigation which was faulty. The company was extremely helpful and I received a replacement within 10 hours by special delivery, and didn’t have to return the failed item. Service like this is very rare and shows what internet shopping should be like. Well done Water Irrigation.

My basket for items amount 88.44. I went to checkout. On pressing Apple pay, an amount of £ 431.80 has been deducted. It was a Sunday evening. I pressed cancel order immediately. Now I am told they cannot amend the order and the order will be dispatched.
I cannot trust Waterirrigation. Not because this went wrong, but because of the way it is being handled.

To update. My order was 3/6/24. I only had a response after reaching out to trust Pilot.
16/4/24 I received my refund. Such a delay when it is the company at fault is unacceptable.
I owned my own business so I like to use local over Amazon. I just wish I had a better experience. Sorry, my rating remains 1 star.

I had a problem with some kit I bought from Water Irrigation and had to contact them.
Their response was superb; it took a short while to resolve, but communication during that time was excellent.
What really impressed me though, was their offer to go above and beyond by lending me alternative kit in the meantime.
A company to be trusted, from my experience and I would highly recommend

Ordered a hose on next day delivery on a bank holiday Monday...was delivered on the Tuesday at 9am ...was concerned with the reviews on here but fear not I was impressed...granted a phone number on the website would be a bonus but you can't have everything...I would use again!

When the auto watering system I ordered hadn't arrived after nearly a fortnight (useless Hermes courier service here in N Scotland), I contacted their customer services dept. Within an hour Shannon emailed me back, had checked the courier updates and concluded the consignment had been lost and arranged for another to be sent by express. Such a treat to be on the receiving end of great service. Highly recommended.

Great customer service.

I ordered a Gardena Soil Sensor from Waterrirrigation and it wasn't recognised by the Gardena 9V Bluetooth valve. Antonia from Customer Service was extremely helpful and liaised with Gardena Support until the issue was resolved (submerging the tip of the sensor in water for 24 hrs did the trick, in case anyone else encounters this issue). Antonia kept me updated regularly about progress and when Gardena Support took longer than expected to respond, she offered a refund/replacement, which I'm pleased to say wasn't necessary.

After reading a lot of poor reviews, I thought I’d share my experience of this company’s customer service…..
I believe It is when things don’t go to plan, that you get to see a companies true ability:
I ordered some parts from W.I and when the items arrived, some were missing!
I sent off a query form via website, then went on to read the reviews regarding the poor CS, and have to say I was getting worried about the situation! However I got a response the next day from a pleasant CS advisor “Shannon”apologising and explaining there had been an error in warehouse, my missing items were sent out express delivery and with me next day!
Yes a bit of inconvenience but mistakes happen and I was dealt with very well and the problem was rectified asap.
All I would say, I would rather the company’s had a phone number to get in touch rather than the query via website….

Easy to use website. Micro- irrigators were exactly as described and have worked well.
Prices reasonable

Very fast delivery time. Great value for all items. Invaluable for irrigation system on the Allotment. Would definitely use again and again.

Shannon in customer service replied promptly and resolved my problem on an urgent basis. My experience with this company has always been excellent. I will recommend this company and its customers service staff.
