I'm pleased with the products that I have purchased from Watergardeningdirect. The service has been good.
One product I purchased has been a big disappointment viz. the Pondtec Solar Fountain at £39.99. It is a waste of money and I regret buying it.
In direct sunlight it works well though not very spectacular. Once in shadow in reverts to a miserable, laughable dribble or not at all. Do not buy. If I was offered a refund or credit note I would buy something else more useful. A very disappointing product!

Excellent company. Product was exactly as described at a good price, with fast delivery.
Customer service fantastic- the delivery company messed up, sales department were easily contactable, replied quickly and had the problem sorted within 24 hours.

I needed a part for my Oase pond UV but was unsure which part was required. Sent a message &received the answer within 15 mins
I duly ordered the part & received it the following day.

First time using this company to buy a Blagdon pond and other items. The delivery came earlier than expected which was great and everything was well packaged.
After opening everything we realised that we did not need one item and contacted them to arrange a return and was informed that if the item is unused and in the original packaging there wouldn't be a problem. I did have to pay the return postage but had read the T&T before ordering and knew it was my responsibility.
The parcel was with them the following day and a refund in full was completed the same day.
All items were exactly what we wanted and I would buy from them again.

Following the prompt arrival of pond filter components, I thought I had a problem with one item and returned it to Water Gardening Direct. Within hours of it arriving at WGD, I had a phone call from James explaining the situation and why all was working well but I had made an error in checking the unit, to which I admitted. Items returned free of post the next day. Fantastic service from a very helpful company, I wish all were like Water Gardens Direct.

We ordered three Oase filtration UV lamps which arrived very well packaged but must have had a jolt in transit and one tube arrived damaged. Following an email and a short telephone call, a returns label was sent to us and replacements were received the following day. Fantastic customer service! The new tubes were received intact and allowed us to swiftly replace a less than effective tube. The tubes were purchased on an excellent offer so we saved money too! Highly recommend this company which we've used before.

I ordered some parts for my pond filter and unfortunately, the electrical component was defective and not delivering power. I contacted Water Gardening Direct, and a replacement was sent that day which I am pleased to say it is working perfectly. Excellent service and I will not hesitate to use them again.

Have used Water gardening direct 3 or 4 times now the latest being a Electrical cap for my bioforce filter.Ordered yesterday and arrived today which is normally the case or I’ve just been lucky.
The chap that answers the phone always gives you great advice without being biased and their prices are more than competitive.Go on try this company out you won’t regret it…

I ordered an Oase pump which had a small problem with one of the fountain fittings (no fault of Water Gardening Direct). After a lengthy discussion to trying to resolve the problem they sent me a replacement part in the afternoon, which arrived the next morning. I was impressed with the excellent quality of care and service this company delivers - thank you!

Placed two orders in one week from here, first order took about 4 days to be delivered, second order was delivered in 2. Brilliant service & prices are fantastic much cheaper than eBay for the items.

Broke my jug for my water feature on Monday managed to find a replacement with this company I did pay for next day delivery and it arrived safe on Tuesday I would given more stars if I could and will definitely buy from them again Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a replacement part for my pond pump which was easy to do online.
Parcel arrived within a couple of days and was well packed, as the item was thin glass.
Notified it had been dispatched.

I am in the process of undertaking a deep clean of my Koi Pond, Today while testing my Oase PondVac I found the inlet and outlet Pipes had perished. Needing this item to extract that last of the water from the bottom of my 3000 gallon pond I needed to find some replacement parts quickly. Did a quick search on Google for a company not too far away and contact Water Gardening Direct Limited. The Person who answered the phone was very easy too talk too, informative and extremely professional. I was told they had the items in stock and so the order was placed for next day delivery. Having put the phone down, my brain kicked in and I called back and said, “ Can I collect” This was not an issue and so an hour later, I was standing in their showroom and had the items collected.
