AVOID this company. Goods showing online are not in stock. They ignore messages through the online contact form. If you call the number on their web, they can't help as it was an "online" order. The 0800 phone number they have on paypal does not exist. I have had several phone calls asking to cancel the order and for a refund. Nothing has been refunded and we are 2 weeks in already. They just say it is being escalated. Absolute scammers, avoid, avoid avoid.

We purchased 2 water coolers one of which wouldnt work , we spoke to Culligan the manufacturer who told us we need to speak to Water coolers direct ...when you phone the number it goes straight through to Culligan ? , who then tell us we need to send it back or pay £100 non reundable fee for an engineers visit to repair a brand new product?? ....we work in the customer service industry and this level of customer service is quite honestly crap.
Do not buy from them.

I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times, and they just keep saying they’ll “look into it,” but nothing ever happens. No updates, no resolution, just empty promises. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
Beware! Stay away from this company.
Why didn't i read the reviews first? I ordered a water cooler from this criminal company and paid the same day. Received no email about the purchase or any other emails regarding the delivery date. I contactes them numerous times via emails or phone but nobody answers. I'm in the process of getting a refund through Paypal but let's see what happens. Stay away as you will lose your money. They are thieves.

Terrible customer service
I ordered watercoolers last summer with instalation kits worth £££ , installation kits never arrived, refused to refund.
£600 Order Paid for and never received
Water Coolers direct (Culligan) is a terrible company, noone answers the phone or responds to emails. We purchased over £600 of water bottles off them and they never delivered them. Cannot get hold of anyone on the phone or email. DO NOT USE
They just dont deliver
I ordered a watercooler, cups and water .... everything arrived but the water. I have now been chasing it for over a month. I have called 4 times and been promised a callback.... nothing, I have emailed in and now they are just ignoring me. The people you call on the phone can't deal with your order so they have to pass it on to another team which can't be reached by phone ... all in all it has been a terrible experience and I pity anyone that tries to order from them in the future.
Awful service
Awful service. Placed the order 3 weeks ago, with a delivery time of 5 -7 working days. Despite numerours requests via live chat and phone calls for updates about the order and delivery date. Received absolutely nothing apart from broken promises that somebody would be in touch, a complaint had been raised and escalated.... still nothing.
I have requested a cancellation of the order, so will see if we get our money back soon. Not even bothered that i was cancelling.
We are a charity and the water cooler was paid for by a donor so we can ill afford to be chasing the refund for months as seems to be the experience of some - and we cant buy another one until we get our money back.

Still awaiting delivery after 2 months
Still awaiting delivery of the water cooler from September - 2 months ago. Called 4 times, emailed 3 and getting nowhere. Took the money in September and cant seem to get to the bottom of this issue. Really poor experience and would not use again.
The customer service and support staff - I don't think they exist
The customer service and support staff within in this company are awful. I have purchased two water cooler machines now from this firm (The Clover) and both have started leaking almost immediately. Despite numerous phone calls and emails it has been impossible to rectify the situation with a refund or to get a call out from an engineer. I will never use this company again for water coolers or our on going water order - they DO NOT deserve our company money. STAY AWAY if I were you - they are not interested in any way in going the extra mile to resolve a simple customer problem.
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling! ordered a water boiler and had to constantly chase them. It finally arrived and following 2x missed engineer appointments, they arrived to install and the unit looked like it had been kicked around the carpark.

Placed order online on 20th Sept, paid for it at time of order - never received it, but did keep receiving emails chasing for payment. I had to make numerous telephone calls & provide proof that payment had left my account. I wanted a refund as more than a month after placing order still had not received order & was not getting feedback from company. Finally received an email on 31st Oct advising delivery was being organised, without any explanation for the problem. I did not get an apology for the dreadful customer service until I requested a full explanation. I would NEVER recommend anyone purchasing something from this supplier or the company they have merged with Culligan's - shockingly bad!
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service! We purchased a wall mounted water boiler from WCD Group. It broke down in May and we are still waiting for them to send an engineer out to fix it! FIVE MONTHS waiting for them to fix our boiler. In the meantime, our church and community groups have been unable to serve hot drinks. We have phoned on numerous occasions, spoken to their operations staff and still our boiler remains unfixed. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They will happily sell you expensive equipment but do not provide the back up support when things go wrong.

I ordered a cooler for my home. Delivered damaged and wet box. Spoken to 3 different companies as they are merging no one taking ownership! They insist I have an account. I DONT was a one off purchase. Avoid until they sort themselves out

Absolutely appalling service. Like another review stated they are quick to send out your contract etc however we have been chasing an order for over 5 weeks with little to no response every time. Phoned them up and again no help at all, we have sent countless emails with no response. Been told delivery dates and nothing appears. How a company can operate like this and treat paying customers like this is obscene. Avoid.

We have called up chasing but have been told they will call back but haven't.
