I can wholeheartedly recommend WUW to any perspective watch buyer. The prices are fair, the service is excellent and they take the fear factor out of spending multiple thousands of dollars online in advance of seeing the product. My Patek Phillipe was 100% as described and arrived within 24hrs of it being shipped.

It was my first purchase at Watch-u-Want. All in all a very positive experience. The very first contact took place in the live chat, where I started discussing my needs with Eric Glass, who is knowleadgeable, professional and very attentive to details. I looked at five different watches, and when I made an appointment to visit Watch-u-Want it turned out that all the five watches appeared exactly as in the photos posted online. I ended up buying a Jaeger LeCoultre, which is as I expected from the photos. Everything is indeed as it appears online, it is a serious company, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Watchuwant is priced better than the rest. " Used, but indistinguishable from new" just means NEW. This is the second time I bought a watch from them and again a fast insured and trackable delivery to Europe.

If you are looking for 'real' watch Joshua and Watch-U-Want is where to look. Top quality used watches at a good price with great service. Joshua and the whole process inspires trust. The customer experience clearly comes first. Joshua realizes this is a major purchase and it comes through in the respect and knowledge he bring to the transaction. I purchased 2 watches and sold 1 and i have only great things to say. They are reasonable, quick, and watches are always in great condition. All the deals were simple and with no aggravation (something which doesn't exist today). I will definitely but and sell with WUW again!!

He went above and beyond to ensure that I received a watch that I really wanted, in time for my vacation. He went out looking for the watch, found it, and had in my hands in a couple of days.
