Watches1st Recensioni

After inquiring about a watch to be sent to South Africa I received an immediate reply from Ian who was extremely helpful. As South Africa was not listed as a shipping destination he arranged for South Africa to be included as a delivery option and for me to pay by credit card. The watch was shipped the same day as my inquiry and payment & received in SA within 2 weeks of ordering. Price and shipping costs were excellent and I am very happy with the watch. A real pleasure to deal with a professional outfit such as Watches1st. Thank you very much Ian.

I must express my 110% satisfaction regarding the customer service that I have received from Watches1st.co.uk. Good old fashioned service as it used to be, with the customer being the priority. I enquired about a repair under warranty for a watch that I purchase 2.5 years ago from this company. The Accurist watch has given me very good service, however, there is some cosmetic damage. I wasn't even sure whether the warranty covered cosmetic damage, but thankfully it does. Ian at Watches1st responded to my email query within an hour. He then contacted the manufacturer and promptly got back to me providing me with all the answers that I needed. Ian then went a step beyond and offered to take responsibility for the repair himself, liaising directly with the manufacturer on my behalf and handling the goods for me. Ian even advised me of the most cost effective method of postage in an effort to save me paying above the odds at the post office.
A total of three emails in less than 3 hours. What a great response.
I am more than happy to hand my problem over to Watches1st in its' entirety, knowing that Ian is working on my behalf with the manufacturer.

I highly recommend Watches1st and will sing their praises to all my friends and colleagues.
GREAT PRODUCTS
GREAT SERVICE
GREAT AFTER SALES SERVICE - EVEN AFTER 2.5 YEARS

I absolutely love this product, it is timeless and feels classy and elegant. It has Swarovski crystals and they look amazing in the sun. I researched the price and Watches first was the cheapest one I found, I expected something to be compromise with the price being so cheap but I was very impressed with the personal touch from Watches 1st. I had ordered 2 of the same product, one for me and one as a gift, and I received a call from a very pleasant man who gently enquired if I'd had problems ordering online as he wanted to make me aware that I'd ordered 2. Excellent service - not many Companies would have checked. In fact it wasn't a mistake ordering 2, but it could well have been and I was very grateful of the phonecall to make sure. My order was despatched immediately and reached me the following working day. I am often the moaning customer that gets irritated with bad service, expects reasonable service, so I thought it only fair to review this excellent service too - well done and thank you to Watches 1st - thumbs up!! :)

was a little wary of buying such a good bargain from a site I'd never heard of before, but, after reading good reviews decided to go for it, ordered a watch on Friday 21st before 11am and it was in my hands lunchtime on Saturday. Brilliant. order updates and tracking, not that they were needed. Will use again and recommend to friends.

Watches 1st have ressurected my faith in British customer service. Not only selling quality items at fantastic prices they twin this with superb client service. They dealt with my order immediatley and kept me informed throughout; both via email and a personal telephone calls to sort out a technical issue.

I would recommend this retailer to any potential buyer.

Watches 1st = 1st Class.

Bought a Seiko watch from Watches1st in June 2011. Great watch, great price. The battery failed in November. Watches1st asked me to get it replaced at my local reputable jewellers. Watches1st immediately re-imbursed me, no quibble or fuss.

Last week the watch alarm stopped working. I spoke to Ian and sent it back to Watches1st. They diagnosed that the watch had had the wrong battery fitted by my jeweller. Watches1st fitted the correct one and sent it back by return, all at their expense. I even had a follow-up phone call from Ian to explain the problem. They are the best! I'll always use them for any watch I buy in future.

What a fantastic service- ordered one day here the next. The price was brilliant I saved 55% compared to other websites. I would thoroughly recommend Watches 1st.
Thankyou so much.

Kindest regards

Thank you for such excellent service plus best price and the convenience of using PayPal.
I will recommend you most highly.

I purchased the fantastic Accurist MS880B watch from watches1st on Monday afternoon and it arrived here yesterday morning. It was even better looking than in the picture - and the picture was really good!

Watches1st seemed to have the best price on all of the watches that I searched for. I did wonder if this was too good to be true, but the reviews here all seem very complimentary and they certainly kept their promises with me.

All in all, ordering from these people could not have been any easier and all I can say is keep up the good work. I will be recommending you to everyone that I know.

I will be back for sure. Until then, many thanks indeed!

From start to finish the service given to me by Ian on behalf of the company was second to none. I purchased an Accurist watch for my husbands' 50th Birthday and needed to know about the way the mesh strap fastened, as I was unsure about being able to take links out or to adjust it. He knew instantly the answer for me and I was able to purchase in confidence. The range of watches on this site impressed me a lot and I have saved this to favourites for future purchases. The watch arrived by special delivery the very next morning, even after I had only contacted Ian at 16.00 the previous day to buy. The watch is beautiful and very refined looking and I am so pleased with it. The watch is MB900K with a champagne dial and will be a great addition to my husbands' growing watch collected. Thanks Ian...will be using Watches1st again..well done!

Customer service was friendly, the item was shipped really quickly and the item itself was exactly as advertised. Thank you!

I ordered a solid gold accurist watch GD1672 at 3.39pm, 26th of Sep 2011, watch arrived in excellent packaging on the 27th of Sep 2011 at 11am !!!!!!! Totally impressed with watches1st and would have no hesitation in ordering from their site again. One more point.... this watch was cheaper than any other site selling this watch. They also use HSBC secure ePayments so all can shop with total confidence with watches1st.
I am absolutly delighted by the great and efficient service and love my new watch.

Thanks watches1st

I didn't hesitate to buy from Watches1st.co.uk when I found they were selling the watch I had been looking for at less than half the price of the high street. To make the buying experience even better, Watches1st adjusted the watch strap to my specifications perfectly and delivered it to me very promptly. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
