SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
These people tried to target my vulnerable elderly neighbour today but luckily she had rung me before one of their reps had turned up. One of the questions they had asked her on the phone was her age and did she live alone?!! The reps face dropped when i answered the door. Do not trust these people. They target the elderly & the vulerable and use bullying tactics to get them to part with money.
Total scam artists.

Despite refusing entry to their surveyor they still phoned me yet again. This time a manager clarifying time sheets BS as usual. They can't help themselves Lying Lying Lying.
He said it wasn't them who phoned every week for over a year. Must have been other people! Basically called me a liar. Then said I was a passive aggressive person! I denied this. Told him I am an aggressive aggressive person and he could F¥#$ off,
I hung up but I'm sure they will be back 😨😂

Zack and Shaun came this afternoon and installed foil in my loft they explained what work in was having done and got on with it even it this heat I watered them as much as I could thank you very much for your hard work.

Zack and shaun came today and jet hosed my bricks to clean it up and masonry creamed the property am very happy with the work. And very handsome chaps I might add thanks again.

Liam and Max where brilliant how they worked in the heat is unbelievable they was very polite and they did a great job I would definitely recommend this company they are very professional and helpful if you are thinking of using this company do not hesitate Chris Cave

joe and sheldon did a very good job two polite young men thsnk you

Targeted my vulnerable mother - elderly, disabled and struggling with memory loss - a man called Phillip spent 2 hours in her home and as she didn't know how to work her banking app, offered to transfer the money for her. She paid him £7500 to spray the outside walls of her house. He said she'd be sent a certificate and she wasn't which prompted her to call her bank who then told her to call the police which is when she told me what had happened. I am beyond furious and my mum has been left distraught and feeling foolish. This company needs to be stopped!

Joe and sheldon great work excellent job thanks lads

Joe and Sheldon did a good job very knowledgeable

Joe & Sheldon did a good job very happy with them both

Joe and Sheldon did a fantastic job working in a heatwave, great job in hard circumstances

Jo & Sheldon.

Have carried out a good job and have been very helpful.

Very pushy sales man, lied about acceptable moisture content in attic beams. Lied about them being the only company that provide certificate for mortgage lenders. Told us we would have to make a decision today and pay deposits as if he had to come back the original cost quoted could not be guaranteed and would likely be 4 grand more.
Do not instruct this company without getting other quotes first.

Conmen and scammers BEWARE

Visited a family member and tried to pressure sell. Their reviews are clearly written by themselves as they are not careful how they format the reviews.

Trustpilot have flagged false reviews and should ban them fullstop!

Joe and Christian done an amazing job considering they are Forrest fans

Had a phone call at 9.45pm saying my elderly uncle had a warmer solutions rep in his house which instantly raised suspicions.
Apparently been there for2-3 hrs and had my uncle sign up to £8,500 worth of un necessary work

Payment was tried but was declined as insufficient funds ….thank heavens

My concerns are how this type of insulation companies work with the elderly.

Joe and co completed the job quickly and left the house clean afterwards as qell as showing photos of the completed work

My elderly grandmother had already agreed to works for this company, we weren't made aware these works were going ahead until the day it happened. £2,000 later she had the works complete.
4-6 months later and they are back in her house, to 'check' on previous insulation fitted, offering another service for +£5,000. After repeatedly telling the gentleman she would not make a decision on that day, he continued to pressure for an agreement. My sister then had to step in and put her foot down and reiterate what our grandmother had previously said, he left pretty quickly after that. He spent over 1hour in her home, overly friendly and familiar, over sharing on his work life and home life, these are all tactics in the game, to create a trusting relationship with the victims of these predators.

Joe & Iiyah arrived early & completed the job quickly & without fuss.
