Having recently purchased a dress on sale on line, was very disappointed with quality, shame as very similar to another one I purchased from another website which was perfect. Had to pay for postage plus there there is a handling fee to return and only receive a credit note as it was a sale item, needless to say money wasted as will not be wearing nor worth returning, I will not be buying from this site again.

Think twice before ordering of this company, I ordered 2 dresses ,I was happy with the one but the other was terrible quality , it was really creased looked like a bit of rag when I got it out of the bag, I looked at the return policy and because I purchased it in the sale only a credit is given not a refund back to your account of payment , so after paying £4.65 delivery then (you have to pay for your own returns ) so I’m guessing it’ll be a out £4.50 to return then they take £3.50 handling fee (because you’v returned the item) so out of the £20 dress I’ll Aprox get £8 back , needless to say I’m not going to bother returning it I can’t be bothered , lesson learned look at reviews before you buy online .

I ordered spotted navy polka dot shorts and comfy black shorts for my forthcoming holiday. Very disappointed in the quality of the items. Very thin fabric, considerably shorter garment length in reality to how the item looks on the model wearing the shorts on the website, and I'm only 5ft 4" tall! Also the finishing off of the products is very shoddy with stitches coming undone with lots of loose threads! They will "do" for 1 holiday but that will probably be about it! I couldn't be bothered to try to return the 2 pairs of shorts after reading other reviews. But once bitten then I won't be ordering from this website again. The items are not as described, not as displayed and barely fit for purpose.

Very disappointing- they are sneaky as they do not make it clear under their returns section that if it’s a sale item you will only get a credit note!!! However they do inform you upon receiving your items with a little note attached to your invoice of this… informing one that its it clearly marked under their T&C …. Sneaky or what !!!! Will definitely not be using them again. It’s obvious they do not believe in transparency and honesty!!! Why not say under the returns section all sale items will only refunded via a credit note????

Purchased 2 pairs of ladies shorts nothing like shown on website very poor quality paper thin cotton.My own fault for next issue 12euro custom charge because I live in Ireland.But I would have gladly paid that if I had received what I ordered never again.Plus return slips not in bag so no way of returning them.

I bought three dresses after reading positive reviews. I'm so pleased that I did. All three dresses are perfect for the summer. I'm in my 50s, and am 5'2", I wondered if I might be a little bit too old for these dresses but they are all fabulous. They fit really well and are lightweight. Best summer dresses I found for years.

I was reading comments on Facebook and seen the dresses and I was amazed how lovely they are. But I have ordered two of them 2 days ago and I'm so disappointed. The material is so cheap and the dresses not fit at all. They not look nothing like on the pictures. So I send them back straight away. Not sure for what someone doing crap clothes like that. You can buy quality of that in poutland 🤣
