Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I never received my canvas & it's been 3weeks now since I paid for it. I sent two emails & got no response. There is no address or phone number. This company is i have learned through my bank had gone bankrupt. They are scamming people out of money when their business is no longer functioning. Do not risk loosing your .oney. lucky for me my bank has refunded me so at least I'm not out of pocket but not all banks do the same. Stay away from Wallart direct they are scammers.

Bought a canvas andthe colouring was much darker than shown online. It was shipped only with one layer of bubblewrap but arrived safely. My main grievance is that it seems practically impossible to contact them. Customer service is absolutely diabolical!

No tracking information no replies to any emails a phone number that don't work my £118 order never arrived please avoid complete scam!

DO NOT BUY! I purchased an artwork and was told 7 days, over a month later still nothing, telephone number no longer working and no emails returned!!

It is a complete scam. My order never arrived and no one answer my emails, not customer service at all.

Their website has some fantastic 5 star reviews. Rather odd then that you can't add a review to their site direct....that's probably because they are possibly the worst online shop I've ever had the misfortune of using. After purchasing a £150 print in mid September, it never arrived. I was informed it was due to supply issues. Then the company went silent. No response to questions of where my order was. Nothing. I've emailed 4 times over the last few weeks and no response. They take money and deliver nothing. Stay well away.

Just received email on 31st Oct stating that my order is being shipped despite 2 emails on the 4th and 13th requesting the order is cancelled. Dumbest company on the planet. I emailed 22 separate times today saying cancel order. It'll probably still arrive, but expecting it damaged.

If I could give no stars I would. I wish I had taken the time to search reviews before ordering.
Picture eventually turned up in one sheet of bubble wrap each edge damaged and the top stretched over a flimsy bit of wood badly. The print had become damp and damaged our newly painted wall, leaning against it.
Contacted the company immediately - telling that there is no phone number - several times. No response. Have contacted my bank.

The print is as described, and the delivery time wasn't bad so I'll give them that.

The canvas comes wrapped in JUST bubble wrap. The canvas arrived with black marks all down the front and the sides. The canvas wasn't stretched properly. Emails were entirely ignored.

I'd order from somewhere else, and confirm that the print would at least come in a box!

I ordered some light switches a month ago. In that time, i have sent 3 emails, reached out to the owner on linkedIn, only got a response once putting through the website to enquire about my order. Have heard nothing for over a week.

Customer communication is little to non existent.

My canvas arrived damaged and very badly stretched. After emailing several times and calling them. No answers. Extremely disappointed. DO NO BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

Ordered a product on here and sent the wrong colour. Sent it back and was told it would be refunded. No refund. Now they have gone total radio silent on this and won’t reply to emails.

I paired through PayPal and so now I am hoping that they are able to help me get my money back.
I wish I read reviews beforehand and this company are just crooks! I hope they’re happy with themselves because they have done this to plenty of people.

I will also be taking this further.

Ive ordered a special gift for my kids for their christening. Nothing has been sent been waiting 3 weeks. Emailing back 3 times saying that its on its way and it still isnt. no email back when I ask for refund! Absolutely shocking this website!!

I ordered a canvas 19th August. Nothing. Please please do not give these scammers any money.
They have replied to say it’s on its way. Please don’t believe them.

Please, Please, Please DO NOT use this mob. They are scammers.
Took my money quickly enough. Gave me an order number straightaway and then, and up until now, absolutely nothing.
NO product. NO contact response by phone. NO contact response after multiple emails. NO online Chat response (what a joke that is....) and NO contact via their own contacts page.
I am over £104 down after ordering a framed canvas. i stupidly used my VISA card instead of my Access Card so i cant even get my money back.
I cannot believe some of the favourable reviews either. Obviously written by 'known' contacts because this lot are not to be trusted.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Large picture was just wrapped in a single sheet of bubble wrap that didn’t survive Evri. Canvas not properly stretched on frame and the middle part of the frame was broken (from the marks it was never stapled in properly to begin with).

Very disappointing for the price paid.

I am a long time customer and their products and prices have always been great value. Earlier this year they had some logistic and staffing issues but this has been resolved and the service I have just received was excellent. Keep up the good work Ashley and the team

Ordered prints 3 weeks ago and sent many emails. No answers, no acknowledgement and no prints. Not sure this company even exists maybe it’s a scam so cancelled today and will contact credit card provider.
