WALKWOOD PLUMBING & HEATING Recensioni 

Following from recommendation after booking a service with Walkwood Heating it was found that the existing 17 year old boiler had corrosion so was recommended to replace the boiler to a Baxi Combi Boiler. Quotation was sent with everything itemised so no hidden extras. Arrived on time & date agreed then completed ahead of time.

Tom replaced are old system to a combi boiler (baxi) from the garage to the airing cupboard. Very thorough with his quote. Really pleased with the work carried out very tidy pipe work. Cleans up after him self and has alot of respect for the house hes working on. Nice bloke very polite would definitely recommend to anybody looking for plumbing and heating work.

Our boiler stopped working and needed a service . Tom and Rich were brilliant , Efficient, polite , neat and tidy , friendly .Thank you so much for fixing our problem. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone else and we would not call anyone else . Great guys , superb service .

I’m so disappointed. After reviewing my pictures he would come and fix the issues but then told me he wouldn’t as it was down to over cleaning and stated I had been trying to remove the silicone with a sharp object .. completely untrue and just excuses. Has not been sealed properly in shower cubicle , pink plaster dust left in sealant so is now forever inside the sealant. Uneven and roughly finished sealant . Over cuts made in shower boarding and not sealed.. and more. All I asked was for him to come and make good the finishing . I was then blocked so I can’t review or contact him ! I feel very let down and disappointed Who leaves a 5 star review on his own website ?

Tom is a great tradesmen!! Very knowledgeable in his trade! And an all round likeable, and trustworthy guy, don’t need to look for another plumber/heating engineer now, I will always use Tom, got a number of friends to use him also, they are very happy too, 10/10 for walkwood heating and plumbing 👍👍⭐️

Walkwood did a good job in changing my boiler over. I didn't have any heating or water for a few days after it broke and I knew it wasn't worth repairing.
When they arrived they had the old boiler out the door within the first hour or so and the new one was on the wall and working by the end of the day! Tom was also good at explaining the timer and how it all works too.

Tom has regularly serviced our boiler and always is really helpful with great advice for any plumbing installations we are considering to look at options and has fitted new radiator. He will be installing our next boiler as we are just about to upgrade to a more powerful Worcester Bosch.

Walkwood plumbing and Heating did our downstairs toilet and basin. Tom also moved some radiators for me. The work was to a high standard and I’d highly recommend walkwood plumbing and heating.

Responded quickly, came round when he said he would and on time and reasonably priced.
