Do not buy from this company. I ordered three tankinis; one is a great fit, the others are much too big. Nowhere in their returns policy does it say that returns have to be sent to the USA. When I tried to make a return the company offered a partial refund, the % rising each time I declined their offer. Eventually I gave in, but they did not pay the refund by the agreed date. When I chased it up they refused to provide the returns address; their emails did not answer my queries; they just offered non-specific platitudes. When I persisted they did pay the agreed refund, but I was still out of pocket. This is a company to be avoided; don't risk your money by doing business with them.
Even one star is generous
Even one star is generous. They do not accept rerurns and try to haggle a cheap refund with you for far less than you paid. Don’t ever buy from them.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience, the company is fraud, do not buy anything from them, it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for my delivery, they havnt even shipped and no one is responding to any of the emails. They are a big fraud and scam company, stay away from them and save some money.
The item I ordered was cheap and cannot contact the company
The item I ordered was cheap, and sizing was way off. When I tried to contact the company, I could not access the website nor the customer service email. I don't know if they have closed down or are having difficulty with their website, but I would not order from them again. I will be donating the bathing suit to a charity.
Terrible company
I bought three swimming costumes. The material was really thin, the stitching really poor and they looked nothing like on the website. I immediately requested a return authorisation as per the website instructions. I was told I had to pay for tracked postage to US. I tried to argue that they are in violation of UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 by not disclosing their off-shore location and by refusing refund on not fit for putpose items. Then followed a long exchange of emails, in which they were offering increasing discount. I declined the offer but offered to accept a £4 deduction, the equivalent of UK return postage. Their English is incredibely poor and several months later of getting nowehere, I reached out to my bank for help. Avoid this company. It's probably a cheap slave labour production and dealing wiht them is beyond frustrating.
Never again
I would never, ever buy anything from them again. The products are not fit for purpose. Customer Service is dreadful. I've lost my money.
Beware if you need to return or exchange!
I have ordered from them a couple of times and for the price, the swim wear is ok, until recently when I needed to exchange a size. They send endless e-mails offering alternative offers, take 20% off and keep the item, then they offered 40% off but with both offers would need to pay shipping both ways. They kept reminding me not to send it to the address on the shipped item. This was confusing and after a few days I was trying to again return it for an exchange and there was no response. Been 2 weeks and no response. I then went onto their website and found out I was blocked! I never responded with anything negative to their e-mails about the offers they had made. Very strange! BEWARE!
Do not order from this company
My issues are the same as others. I didn't receive a complete order. I was unable to return items and although I get long emails back from them, there is absolutely no follow through. This company is a scam and the products are terrible. Do not order from them! Ordered in August. Still no response by Nov. 12.

This company is horrible!!
This company is horrible!!! I found this company on Amazon and thought I was ordering product through a reputable Amazon vendor. Same story as all the other customer reviews. They won't give you the return authorization or the correct email address and try to keep offering a credit. I reported this company to Amazon and the Better Business Bureau. Also, will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this purchase since I am not able to return it for a refund.

One star because zero isn’t an option.
Poor quality and fitting swimsuit.
Tried to return and was told return is to US and very expensive and difficult to arrange so offer was to keep the useless item and receive 25% refund. I declined. A 50% refund offered and accepted because it was the only real option. Took weeks to receive said refund.
Obviously a scam as they promote themselves as an Australian company and item postage cost seeming to be local, but cost to return item nearly as much as item itself, so virtually impossible to achieve a return for full refund.

Warning do not buy from this Company
Warning do not buy from this Company. Trying to get a refund for a stained swimsuit I was sent. They just fob you off with part refund etc.

Avoid this Company
We made an order, even paid for quicker shipping given it was going to take so long.
I had to chase the order, advised our holiday dates, the order didn't come before our holiday.
The customer service was poor, I had to continuously keep track of them at one point they even suggested I cancel my order due to one item not being in stock - this was the biggest red flag to me.
The order didn't arrive in time, now, they want to charge me to return items due to ordering multiple sizes to the USA!!! Nowhere on the website does it say this - it's an absolute scam! They offered to refund 30% and we can keep the items! Why would I keep items that are too big for me???
Lack of transparency, lack of ability to fulfill orders in a timely manner even when you pay extra for shorter timelines.
Will NEVER purchase from them again.

Be very careful buying from this company. Trying to return and get a refund is dreadful. They are totally dishonest.
I sent one parcel back to an address they gave me on an email, I paid the price to America by post, which was very expensive Only to have the parcel returned as address unknown.
I’ve reported them to my bank.
I’ve now been given another address from this company.
They keep wanting to do deals with me but the bathing costumes do not fit so totally no use.

UK Customers Proceed with Caution
If you are a UK customer proceed with caution! This company presents as if it is UK based but it is not until you wish to return items that you discover they are in the USA. In fairness the quality of the product is very good. However I had ordered swimsuits in different sizes with no intention of keeping them all. Their returns procedure is incredibly frustrating; UK customers are responsible for paying shipping costs and you find yourself in a bizarre negotiating process as they clearly don't like to deal with returns. I ended up accepting a 70% refund and keeping all the unwanted items! My reason being I had little faith I would receive a refund if I sent the goods back, quite apart from the £30+ it would have cost me to return them. This way I can hopefully sell some of the costumes and recoup some additional refund that way. In fairness the 70% refund was paid quickly, however I will never use this company again!

I wish I had looked here first but I had the same poor experience; I ordered 3 costumes in different styles hoping one would suit and I could return the others as their website promised straightforwards returns. Unfortunately the fit was not right for me on any of them and after sending them photos of the hygiene labels and insisting on a return I found it would cost over £20 as they are in the US and eventually they had refunded 85% cost, so I am left with 3 costumes I cannot use @ £5 each which I guess is their cost price. It's such a waste as I cannot use them.
Unfortunately their reply below is meaningless as they have again refused to have them back withoput international postage charges

Avoid this company if from the UK
This company has a UK web address. There is no indication when purchasing that the items come from the USA. The delivery was late. I purchased three swimsuits with a view to sending two back once tried on. I was unaware I then had to pay shipping to the USA. I have been offered a 30% refund if I keep the items losing out on over £40. Appalling service.

Costume never received
I bought a costume at the end of July. I paid £35 including postage and I never received it. I have been in touch with this company via more than 20 emails. I have produced the picture of yodels delivery into the incorrect mailbox and the incorrect address and a picture of my mailbox at my address. Which is totally different and they keep refusing to refund me. They keep asking me to contact yodel. Which I have tried to do but they do not reply!
I have informed walk on the beach several times that it is their responsibility to speak to yodel as I have proved I have not received my purchase. And legally they should refund my money. But they keep saying the same things again and again. They have no intention of refunding my money they are just Making things up. They are a very bad company and should not be allowed to continue advertising as a legitimate business. They are knowingly defrauding me.
And then they pretend they will look into the situation when they answer. But they don’t.
I would not advise anyone to buy any products from this company. They are not reliable and they operate illegally.

Far to long await to get goods
I am still awaiting for my costume to arrive. Despite sending a number of emails still no response. I think if the parcel arrives it will be too late to take away on holiday. Wish I had read the reviews of this company before I ordered. Will not be ordering at again. Very . Very disappointed indeed

I wanted to return the item. They had me send a photo of the item, which I did. Then they told me the address to send it. But they also begged me over and over to accept half payment back instead of the full cost. I said no, I want a full refund. They had me send a picture of the shipping receipt which I did. Then there was a very long time when I didn’t hear from them even tho it was received. They claimed it wasn’t received. I had to spend a lot of my time plus the post office employee’s time while he found out exactly who signed for it. Again, they suggested a partial refund. I said if I didn’t get my full refund by end of the week I’d report them to the Better Business Bureau, which I did. I have not received a single penny for the unworn bathing suit that I sent back.
Now that I’ve seen the reply, I’d like to get my refund! The reply is all nice and formal and apologetic but does nothing to remedy the problem.
