We in Seychelles purchased a xentry software laptop and multiplexer for over 600 USD. From the time we received the item it has not worked. We have been in a constant battle with the company for a year trying to sort out the problem. Today 13th February 2026 they have told us that there is a driver's conflict and that they cannot resolve it by dialling in using TeamViewer. They are now asking us to purchase a new hard drive with new software to solve the issue. Out of goodwill we have asked them to send us the new harddrive as a goodwill gesture and they have refused. I am asking all technician around the word not to order from this company as they are selling counterfeit goods and there after service is not genuine. Don't get scammed out like we did. We need to teach the Chinese that we are not fools.

The order and installation process was seamless. Highly recommend and look forward to future business!

1. Перед заказом получил полную консультацию от продавца, уточнил все тонкости.
2. Товар был доставлен быстро и продавец оставался на связи, подсказывая где сейчас заказ.
3. Сканер пришел в полном комплекте, хорошо упакован.
4. Через 4 месяца у меня возникли проблемы по работе со сканером и продавец любезно согласился решить все вопросы. Подключился через TeamViewer и все наладил.
Это наилучшая компания с которой я работал. Им главное не только чтобы продать, но чтобы люди возвращались к ним много раз.
Не ищите лучшую компанию. Она здесь купите и не пожалеете! В итоге Вы получите не только хороший продукт, но и человеческое отношение плюс техническую поддержку!

I have placed two order with VXDAS, though i am from Yemen and my country in war but VXDAS accepted my orders and arranged the delivery and shipment, the VXDAS staff were keen to keep following my order and they are responsive. I got their help and support through out the whole process. Moreover, they keep updating me on shipment status till i reecived it safe/sound and in good order. Thank you VXDAS

Very knowledgeable and straight up business. I am very very happy with the product and support I received. It's no small undertaking to master these computer interfaces in some cases archaic interfaces. Rest assured they have it under wraps. I could not find local help outside of bending over for a dealer that would probably not want to help me on a 25 year old truck. I have high respect for VXDAS for their professionalism and trustworthiness. I don't have words to elevate them any higher. I am very happy with the experience.

Bought a PIWIS 2 clone from them. Received it fast. There was a problem with activating the VCI hardware. They were very accommodating, selected a time and their tech logged in to my PC to validate and activate the license.

I've bought several thousand dollars worth of equipment from VXDAS. They orders have always been fulfilled promptly, arrived on time, undamaged.

I had the same problem. The software they sold me doesn't do anything they claim. Despite contacting me numerous times, they told me it's the same and they can't do it, but in our previous correspondence, I was told all of these features were already installed.
