I ordered a new dishwasher from VT Electronics. They arrived exactly on time. Disconnected my old dishwasher and took it away. Took care to install and test my new dishwasher. I was very happy with the service provided and I would definitely use them again.

Cannot fault Ramesh and his customer service. Diagnosed the issue with my oven immediately, suggested options of repair or replace and arranged it all within a day. Fab service and would not hesitate to use him again

You will not be disappointed with the service you receive. Ramesh is very knowledgeable and provides a friendly, honest service. I took my Dyson to him for a trigger repair and it was all sorted the same day and is working like new now. Do not hesitate in taking your appliance to VT Electronics! Thanks Ramesh!

Ramesh's washing machine repairs team were with us 4 hours after we made initial contact to seek a repair for our leaking W/M . They found the issue quickly and were able to remedy without trouble . We we very grateful for the speedy service at a busy time of year .

Ramesh was really helpfuland very accommodating in our choices for oven and microwave.
He was very patient with us, and very courteous.
His service is first class as his staff who delivered and installed the appliance .

Absolutely great company to deal with, helpful, honest, reliable and very knowledgeable. The fitters were lovely and arrived on time. No mess and quickly fitted the new washing machine, also gave me some helpful maintenance tips. I highly recommend VT Electronics.

I can't praise VT Electronics enough. I had real problems getting a part and had tried everywhere. When I called VT Electronics, they didn't have the part in-stock but would order it and have it for me by the following morning. He called me immediately it arrived and had it ready for me with a smile and lots of free advice, which was so helpful. Thank you VT Electronics, I will certainly be back

Romesh had a complicated delivery to arrange having to speak to a tenant, estate agent and landlord. He was reassuring and professional, arranged the extra part, installation and delivery all within a very tight timescale. I would recommend and use again.

Excellent service, I requested repair of oven heating element and Ramesh responded straight away and fixed on the same day. Very reasonable and great communication. He kept me updated throughout the repair. Very good.

So relieved and pleased to have found these guys: Our hoover gave up the ghost but we thought it's worth looking into a repair first - and the VT team make it worth it! Great communication from start to finish, swift repair, fair price. And all locally! Really pleased, thank you - and we fixed an issue with our oven while dealing with the hoover. Will definitely come back!

Vax upright vacuum cleaner had died and I was able to get it mended, thanks to this local company, instead of adding it to landfill!

Really quick! Problem fixed same day

The owner and manager of this shop, Ramesh, appears polite and trustworthy however as I recently found out this is NOT the case at all. He will no doubt try to gaslight me when he replies to this review but what I am writing is absolutely true.

The seemingly charming Ramesh became extremely unpleaseant when I found him out for charging me for replacing the magnetron in my microwave at a cost of £115 when there was clearly nothing wrong with the existing magnetron.
I took the microwave to his shop VT electrinics as it was not heating up. He charged £25 to open it and told me he diagnosed 2 faults. The interior fuse had gone, cost of £15 plus VAT to replace , AND he said, the magnetron had gone cost of £115. My suspicions were immediately raised. Why would two parts have gone at the same time?
When I collected the microwave he which is a Samsung, he gave me the ‘old’ magnetron to prove it had been changed. BUT the part he gave me was a Panasonic!!! Why on earth would Samsung supply a product using a rival’s part?? So I made enquiries with Samsung, who told me that it was impossible that a Panasonic part could have been inside one of their appliances. I went back to Ramesh with this information. At this point he began to bluster that two microwaves had had their magnetrons replaced the same day and he must have given my ild one to the other customer. Okay, I said, let’s call the other customer and ask them. Then, Ramesh said, oh actually I threw theirs in the bin. Fine, I said, so you must have ordered a Samsung magnetron for me? Yes, he said. Can I see the box it came in, or the receipt, I asked. Now he became desperate and said he could show me a screenshot of the Samsung magnetron inside my microwave, which he said proved he had put a new one in. The part had a serial number on it visible in his photograph. Again I called Samsung and they confirmed to me that this part in the photgraph was the ORIGINAL that the appliance had been supplied with!!
I went back to Ramesh with this further . Now he became rude and intimidating and ended by shouting ‘Fine! Have your money back then, if it makes you happy!’ I replied that it makes me happy not to be mugged off. A BIG WARNING to all future customers – DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. AVOID!!!!

Excellent customer service from Ramesh when I visited the shop .Advised on best washing machine for my needs and budget .Quick delivery and installation time offered .installed today by Jim and Jittu .No fuss and no bother installation .Checked machine working before leaving .Jim offered sound advice on how to 'look after ' new machine .
