Horrible ! Went for over 2000 views on a video and not a single like or subscriber ? I’d have to say it’s a bot service that just randomly generates a view on the video . The odds of that many views receiving NO interaction is very slim!

I am sorry to say so but with the level of quality of the video that you advertised, how would you expect viewers to engage or even subscribe to your channel? We even already offered the client that we would re-run the campaign again and even cover the costs ourselves, if she were to provide a better video - but she does not seem to be interested in this.
To further explain for anyone else reading this, the clients video is a ‘dog training’ video that’s shot from a single, still angle - it shows the client walking up and down the street with her dog. There is no engagement with viewers, no call to actions, no advice on how to train dogs, no tips on what to improve and not even audio conversation with viewers to support the video. It is simply her walking the dog up and down the street for 2 minutes. If you were to look for dog training on YouTube, it is definitely not the type of video you'd be looking for, as there is nothing to gain from it.
So let's be very straight forward: You simply can’t expect anyone to really engage with your video, if you are not even engaging with your viewers first.
We are an advertising company and show your videos to real viewers. If we were to use bots, then we could simply give you fake likes and fake comments. With that type of video, we could generate a million real views through ads and you still would not see any engagement or people subscribing - this may sound harsh but it’s the truth and I hope this will be helpful for anyone else who is reading this.
For others keen on advertising their videos who are reading this, please take note: At VRocket we make sure to get your videos seen by the right people on YouTube - but as the creator, please make sure to focus on your best videos, and put effort into creating good content. Together we can make great things happen, but without at least an average level of content from your end, we unfortunately won’t be able to help you either.
A good advertising campaign needs to go hand in hand with a good video in order to work.

I tried Vrocket with my simple video about lullaby music but been disapproved by YT due to binary reason which Yanick confirmed rejection reason is nonsense. He ask to provide other video instead. I put my hyperlapse video since I am just trying how the campaign goes. I've got more than 2500 view + around 12 subs.. But Vrocket used my keywords to lullaby and by human error i believe forgot to change.
Yanick reactivate my campaign this time with correct keywords ... I'ts now under review by YT and will good to roll in few days.. I hope i get better result since like everyone noticed, no engagement happens.. I have 2500 view+ few subs + 8 likes and 1 comment.. I'm expecting more and I know Yanick will give me his EXPERTISE on this... will update this review after my second campaign.
Sorry for telling you almost detailed story of mine but this means that my story, like Vrocket helping Ytubers is real!!

Empty Plays No Interaction
Below is my original review - VRocket replied after refunding my money (after seeing my review and asking me to delete it) See my rebuttal to their comment below my original review - pay attention to their defensiveness - if you know anything about business you know that the client is always right - note their stance and approach below - that will show you the character of the company :
Unfortunately they only gave me plays. No interactions and this is damaging to a video in the algorithm. I am going to have to delete the video and start again.
I would recommend you stay away from this company.

You asked me to delete my review in exchange for refunding my money - I think that is probably illegal.
I hired your company to promote my material - I had run my own google ad campaign previously but was tired of the way their GUI worked.
I was given an incredibly basic choice of audiences to target - travel, lifestyle etc. the last option was “Other” - and text accompanying the option of “other” stating “If your video doesn’t fit within the above choices let our team figure out how to target your video for the best audience”. Well that seemed like the best option for me as a professional film composer and audio engineer who is working with a team of seven other people (including a well known voice talent) to produce high quality parody material.
Previously in our run with google ads - and our limited understanding of the system and it’s intricacies - we ran an ad for the same amount of money we wanted to spend with VRocket. The campaign lasted 5 days and picked up a significant amount of subscribers. (Our subscriber view percentage - prior to the disaster of working with these scam artists - was 37%)
We had no knowledge of how to run a google ad campaign. And these people flooded our video with 1000s of empty views and no interactions. It was shocking to be honest. I had to set the video to private to stop the flood of empty views.
It is incredibly clear that this company did not watch my video to determine where it would be best placed.
DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL.

As our team already discussed with you personally, we advertised your video with YouTube ads to the audience you specified during setup.
However, please understand that whether a viewer engages further with your channel after watching your ad is dependent on user behaviour and on the quality of your content. As these are real people seeing your videos, how they react and interact will also depend on whether they enjoy your content as well. We are advertising a wide range of videos for our clients and we are emphasising this again and again to our clients, that the better and more engaging the videos are, the better are also the results you get from youtube ads. To increase the likelihood of user engagements, you can use interactive features such as Call-to-Action, end screens, subscribe buttons - these can help you create opportunities for viewers to engage further with your channel.
Edit: Client asked for a refund, while knowing very well that the campaign was already completed and 100% paid for by our company, with all views being verifiable in the clients own YT Studio analytics. Considering we already managed and paid the entire campaign, we mentioned that we would appreciate if the client their review, since after all, we provided a full refund even after paying for all the advertising spend. A very reasonable request considering our expenses.
Not surprisingly, the client accepted the refund first before coming back and edit their review. Well played by the client to get a free ad campaign for himself.

Unfortunately my videos were unable to be advertised due to their political nature but Yannick was very quick to respond and issued refunds as soon as it became apparent that they could not be advertised. Hey Teke - at VRocket we will help you make sure to get your videos in front of the right people on YouTube. To ensure you will get subscribers out of it, we highly recommend to:
1) Promote only your best pieces of content (good content is the foundation of any successful campaign)
2) Create a channel trailer and promote that, compared to promoting different videos from across your channel
3) Use strong call to actions and make sure to place subscribe buttons throughout the videos
4) Remind people at the beginning and at the end of your video to subscribe to your channel and incentivize them to do so
Lastly, focus on content content content. We can help you get your videos seen by hundreds of thousands of people, but it will not help you much if your content is not getting them to take action :)

We always make sure to target videos as specifically as possible, to make sure we get your video in front of the right people. Our clients that get most subscribers out of their video ads are those that focus on high quality videos, use strong call to action (ask people to subscribe during the video) and also use end cards and subscribe buttons throughout the video.
