Love them but the black and white…

Love them but the black and white stripe sweater looks tan and not the same knit material as pictured . I like both but the one pictured looks more tailored and professional which I needed.

Scam company

Scam. The quality is bad and they advertise FREE RETURNS on the site but you have to pay to ship it to Dubai if you want to return. Horrible experience. The customer service tried to negotiate with me to keep it and would only give me a partial refund. Run the other way

Quality Guarantee - Not even close

Although I like the styling of the items, their quality is definitely not worth the price. I wore a sweater once and it fell apart. When I contacted customer service, they did not do the right thing in replacing it. Instead they made me go through hoops to try to resolve the problem. Quality Guarantee is obviously just a tag line and not a guarantee for this company.

This was my first purchase

This was my first purchase. I learned of them threw FB and what hesitant but their style was something I wanted to try for myself. The quality is equal to what you pay, I was extremely happy with one of my choices and the other, although it was quality and as pictured, it was not for me. Their return process is very clear so make sure if you are purchasing you do your part in measuring and selecting appropriately. Their customer service was prompt and I was satisfied with the outcome. I will shop with them again. My only dissatisfier is it took longer than I expected to receive it, but that is just because I am use to Prime.
