I’ve recently purchased a new ford transit custom sport from Artur at Exeter Vospers.

This is the 3rd van I’ve purchased through Artur and he’s been excellent every time.

I wouldn’t venture anywhere else

I recently picked up my New Transit Custom, I was looked after by sales member Rafal who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and made the sale very straightforward.
Any issues or questions I had, he would make sure they were answered and the issues sorted without any fuss.
The service was brilliant and would definitely use Vospers & Rafal again 👍🏼

I needed a van for a new employee, I spoke to Artur and everything was sorted. He found the van, put my name on it and was on road with a couple of weeks! Seamless throughout and can’t recommend highly enough.

Simon James went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I needed. I could not have asked for better service. He even called me after I drove home to make sure that everything was fine - which it was. The vehicle was in fantastic condition and clean enough to eat off the carpet! I would recommend anyone to Vospers and Simon.

Jenny at Vospers car centre Exeter has been brilliant from the get go and managed the complete end to end procurement of the vehicle, personally finding the right car at the franchise, getting it prepped and delivered, overseeing all associated paperwork. Best car buying experience that I've known, because Jenny tailored to our needs. I highly recommend Jenny/Vospers for online procurement.

Stuart Patch who was my main contact was helpful and informative throughout. Not pushy, just excellent service and will definitely be back.
But it's not all down to Stuart as he was well supported by all the other members of the team I had dealings with.

I have just purchased (1st August 2023) my new Ford Tourneo Custom from Vospers Exeter. This is my second Ford Tourneo Custom purchased from them (the previous one was nearly identical to the current one). As you can see, I stick to Vospers Van Centre Exeter and the Ford Tourneo Custom ! The reason is quite simple: this van is amazing (perfect size for me, functional, fantastic quality machine) and the sales experience is keeping the clients to return again and again to be served by so EXTREMELY experienced, helpful and dedicated staff as the people of Vospers Van Centre Exeter. Three years ago (when I bought my first van from them) I was served by Artur Adamik - the Senior Sales Consultant at Vospers Motor House Ltd. He was so professional, friendly and supporting me in the whole process that I couldn't dream for better service than the one received from him. Then, this year, buying the new van I had a hope to be served by him again. To my initial disappointment I was to be served by other Sales Executive - Mr. Rafal Puk. And to my disbelief Rafal was not only as good and helpful as Artur, but it turned out Rafal was so caring for my case as it would be his own van and purchase process!!! How can I describe his professional conduct? Rafal is an exemplar sales person who is: expert in his field, helpful and supportive for not so-motor-wise customers like me, with perfect telephone and email etiquette, reliable, answering my stupid questions in the way which guided me to my own understanding of technical issues, behaving professionally and friendly, effective in his work to achieve timely and speedy progress of the purchase.
Thank you all so much for your Vospers team efforts. It shows off that the respect professionals have for the company they work for inspires them to provide excellence. We recently brought a Ranger wildtrack from vospers we meet with Caire who was helpful in all ways throughout the purchase. She answered all our questions and even came in on her day off to ensure the hand over of the new vehicle was all correct she had a huge amount of knowledge and we could not of asked for a better experience thanks Claire at Vospers Exeter

Wow…today I bought my 2nd raptor from Artur. I don’t know where vospers/Ford found him but they need to keep him! Arturs service is second to none. If only every salesperson was a good as him. Nothing is ever too much bother and he’s always on the end of the phone/email with any queries with great response times. I have had great pleasure dealing with Artur and never had any issues. David Best-Houlston was brilliant from start to finish. His advice is professional, efficient and down to earth, he was never pushy or "salesy" and gave honest information about the product and finance options. His knowledge is incredible and his style effortless and engaging. I can honestly recommend for anyone to buy a vehicle from him - they won't be disappointed.
