Very pleased with Alfa service desk - friendly service as usual (thanks Mark & lady’s name I can’t remember). Serviced quickly as I needed to be away for an appointment later that day so my wishes were accommodated.
Bought my car from you and had great service over the last 5 years.
Such a shame you no longer have the Alfa franchise and I’ll have to take my car elsewhere 😔

Booked my Stelvio in for it's first service via the online booking form which was a breeze and was able to arrange a courtesy car with no drama with the help of Rob Eselby.

On arrival I was greeted at reception by a member of the service department who promptly and professionally took my details and showed me to my courtesy car. (Alfa Romeo Junior Ibrida)

I was pleasantly surprised by the Junior, though it could have done with a vacuum and quick clean on the inside as it was a bit dusty and smudged from previous finger prints.

My service was completed the same day and I recieved an overview of the service from Isabelle Peters, who proved to be a real petrol head and alfa enthusiast!

She also answered some questions I had and directed me to her colleague who arranged a test drive of a Tonale (With which I was, again, pleasantly surprised).

Thoroughly satisfied with my whole experience and will have no hesitation in bringing my car to them in future.

Collected my beautiful new Alfa Junior yesterday. From sales to collection/delivery we dealt with Chris Hughes who made the whole transition smooth & professional (with lots of laughs thrown in!!) would definitely return to Vospers for my next purchase.

Just picked up my new Giulia Quadrifoglio SS from Tyler Pollington at Vospers. What a refreshing young man he is. Great customer care, always attentive enough to respond quickly with any answers to the many questions that I posed to him. He made buying a car easy! The whole Vospers team are fantastic anyway, the staff on the service desk are always super helpful, big shout out to Jay, Tina, Tamara and Mark, they're always a pleasure to deal with. And Dan in the workshop is fastidious to the point where it's an obsession with him to have any previous cars that I've had in there with them, spot on right. Well done team!

We had a great experience of looking at various vehicles at Vospers and arranged a test drive of a model similar to the one we were looking to buy. From start to finish, I couldn't recommend them enough. I dealt with Chris Hughes and answered any questions I had, sent emails with information when he said he would. I tried 3.5 hours to collect the car and they made the transaction nice and smooth. Car was exactly as he said it was and was grinning like a Cheshire cat on the way home.

Collected my Tonale from Vospers and was very pleased with the help from Chris Hughes, there seems so much paper work to do that his help was appreciated.
As I couldn't get to the dealership when arranging the purchase he was very helpful over the phone and coming back to me when he said he would that doesn't always happen.

Yesterday I finally completed the exacting procedures to purchase my Alfa Romeo Tonale PHEV. This is a relatively complicated car too. So I was lucky to be dealt with by Chris Hughes who has a ton of experience and was able to answer all my questions and tell me the answers to some questions I had not thought of. When making such a big purchase, it is essential to have confidence in the person you are dealing with so big thanks to Chris and his trusty lieutenant Tyler Pollington.

I have to admit, I'm not normally a fan of main dealers but the service I had from Chris Hughes at Vospers was amazing.
He agreed to all of my requests for minor smart repairs to be undertaken on the Alfa Giulia I'm buying as well as getting a discount (not as much as I hoped) on the screen price. I feel very confident that the car will be presented as promised when I collect t in a couple of weeks time

The whole buying experience was a pleasure - Zoe Egan was responsive over both email and phone, efficient and helpful from the beginning. Was flexible with timing as I was coming to Exeter from a distance, and an overnight stay was arranged as well. A test drive, paperwork was quick, and I drove off about an hour late with a beautiful Alfa Romeo Giulia. Great service.

We were given excellent service by Chris Hughes who really understands customers, and was professional but lovely and made our experience of purchasing a car easy and fun.

Chris was great, not pushy and just gave me the info I needed to make the right decision.

My initial call was sent through to the sales team but they did not pick up the call so the same person who diverted the call answered the phone asking me which service I wanted I said you put me through to speak to sales no apology no nothing this happened twice more I finally spoke to somebody in sales gave my details of the new Alfa romeo i wished to purchase i have to say i wondered if they actually worked for Vospers as they where not that interested really said they would get back to me 5 weeks later nothing
