I called into Vodafone Wilton
I called into Vodafone Wilton. I met Mike who was very busy. I was one of four customers who he dealt with in the time I was there...around 15 mins. He sorted my issue promptly and professionally. There was an older couple before me and he was very patient and professional eith them. I always found the staff in Vodafone Wilton very good but I really think Vodafone should have a shop in Ballincollig.

Great service
A year ago I had a poor experience at the Vodafone Wilton branch and didn’t plan to stay with Vodafone—but Frank, Mike, and manager James completely changed my mind.
They are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about customers. It feels more like speaking to friends than dealing with a service provider. They go the extra mile to find the best deals and explain everything clearly.
Thanks to them, my opinion has changed 180 degrees—we’ve now moved all our mobiles and broadband to Vodafone, which I normally wouldn’t do.
Outstanding service from a fantastic team!

Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff. I had an issue with my iPhone and James was so good, he knew exactly how to sort it ! In fact he sorted issues for me last year too. I am so grateful and am definitely coming back to his store.

Grateful family

Amazing Staff and Management
I have been dealing with Vodafone Wilton Shopping Centre for decades. The help I have received from the Assistants there is excellent, pleasant and most efficient, and the Manager James is superb.

My daughter wanted to uograde her phone…
My daughter wanted to uograde her phone which is on my account. We spoke with James and he gave us excellent advice and went through all the available options and price costs. My daughter chose the phone she wanted and James advised she could trade in her old phone and she got €173 off the new phone. James transferred all the info off the old phone onto the new iPhone 16 while we had a coffee and shopped! Excellent service all round as always. We have bed. Using this Vodafone store for all our family phones / contracts etc for many years and are always really happy with the service provided. Professional and friendly . Thank you James and Vodafone Wilton!
