When I went in to the store I met Leon who was so helpful and understood everything I was looking for . He is such a great asset to the Wilton store in Cork . Well done

Frank was very helpful in sorting out issue on phone was able to sort it with 10 mins highly recommend as we weren't able to fix on our own

Mike in the vodofone shop in Wilton…
Mike in the vodofone shop in Wilton went far beyond the call. My phone died and my phone is essential as I am a type 1 diabetic and rely on my phone for my blood sugar readings on the dexcom. Now I have a new phone my apps up and running all solved thanks to Mike.

I called into Vodafone Wilton
I called into Vodafone Wilton. I met Mike who was very busy. I was one of four customers who he dealt with in the time I was there...around 15 mins. He sorted my issue promptly and professionally. There was an older couple before me and he was very patient and professional eith them. I always found the staff in Vodafone Wilton very good but I really think Vodafone should have a shop in Ballincollig.

Great service
A year ago I had a poor experience at the Vodafone Wilton branch and didn’t plan to stay with Vodafone—but Frank, Mike, and manager James completely changed my mind.
They are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about customers. It feels more like speaking to friends than dealing with a service provider. They go the extra mile to find the best deals and explain everything clearly.
Thanks to them, my opinion has changed 180 degrees—we’ve now moved all our mobiles and broadband to Vodafone, which I normally wouldn’t do.
Outstanding service from a fantastic team!
