Today I came in with my Autistic client to the Tralee branch, Loyd attended to us and was very understanding and helpful.

Great team and shout out to Lloyd and Eric
Lloyd in Tralee store has been so helpful to us on our last two visits to the shop. He is a lovely person and I feel assured that if I have any issue, I can pop to the store and will be well looked after. Previously Eric helped me and I also found him to be great. You get the sense in the shop that the team work very well together and there is a positive atmosphere and good camaraderie, therefore whoever leads the team appears to be doing a great job.

Eric in the Tralee branch was amazing with assisting me with my new phone and swapping networks 100 would recommend to friends and family

I purchased a new bill pay phone
I purchased a new bill pay phone. Mark was very easy to deal with and made sure we found a plan to fit my needs. Mark helped to set up my new phone and arranged for the transferred of all my files and pictures to my new phone too.
